From prescriptions to working out details on my FedEx shipment, it's been nothing but trouble. I called recently about some coordination for my packages with FedEx. Waited on hold for a while, and once I got someone on the phone and explained how long my hold was supposed to be, i was hung up on. It is incredibly irritating because the packages are very important. I sure hope they don't get claimed before I get back. Thanks, I guess.

Do not use them. They where supposed to fill my prescription. Said they where out and then would call me when it was in a month later called. Lol. I already went somewhere else to get it. Then when iT was time to refill it was 2024. And said I had to have another one. Always making up new rules. Poor cooperation that charges way to much and makes fake rules not laws. Also when I used another pharmacy I found it was over 50 dollars cheaper. Use the local pharmacy across the street. It is family owned as well and the money stays in our community

Today is the most disappointing experiences I have had. I tossed my item on the opposite counter and walked out. An elderly gentleman came back in the store and stated he couldn't find his card. The cashier spoke to him in a manner I felt was belittling. After the gentleman walked back out, flustered, the cashier and two customer in line were making comments that were belittling to the man and laughing. I work with independent elderly and was so disappointed in the behavior.Maybe a talk about the minds of the elderly and aging would be a good idea as today was senior Saturday.

All staff members are helpful and friendly. Great place to get any and all vaccinations. Passport photos and any other photos, they are knowledgeable. I like this store. Even though I think Walgreens prices on most products are too high. I do find good deals sometimes, and the greeting card selection is good. But mostly, really nice people work there.

We traveled from Louisiana to Branson for vacation only to realize we left our medication at home. The pharmacy worked quickly with my home pharmacy to have our prescriptions transferred. Thank you for saving our vacation!

The older female pharmacist is one of the rudest people I've seen in Branson West. With my second Covid vaccine she ignored my symptoms that I reported from the first vaccine and gave me the second anyway. I had symptoms again, reported them, and she STILL let them give me my booster. I also can't stand the condescending attitude of basically everyone who works there, especially the tall female tech. She repeatedly tried to sign me up for the shingles vaccine, but I'm only 42. I don't look like I'm 55 at all. Needless to say, I'm pretty offended. I'll drive 8 more miles to go to the store in Branson.

My family is visiting from out of town & we've already made a few trips to Walmart, we only needed a few items so I thought it would be easier to run into Walgreens & grab them & go. We were not greeted (no, they were not busy) when we walked in & we were cut off In an isle by an employee (Debbie). When we were ready to check out I placed my items on the counter & she (Debbie) just started scanning them without saying a word to us, not even asking if we found everything ok. I took it upon myself to ask how she was & she didn't respond! I'm a retail store manager & I'd be livid if my customers were treated the way my family was today. We should have stuck with Walmart!
