As a long-time Verizon customer, I appreciate having Russell Cellular/Verizon close for support. I've upgraded phones three times through the years, added lines, found repair avenues, and asked a LOT of questions. They always treated me great and were always knowledgeable about the various phones and functions. I REALLY like that about any business...having staff that knows the business they're in! Since 1997,..no complaints. Thanks Russell Cellular!

What a disaster this has been! Overcharged.. more phones on my account than i actually have.. nobody seems to know what is going on. Completely regret coming to this store. Hopefully the Branson store will have the ability to help their customers.

They only have one person working with a ton of people coming in because of a promotion. Not the workers fault but sat there for over an hour because she couldnt get a number to transfer. They need more staff

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've been a Verizon customer since the alltel days they had great reception around our area they were the only phone company that you could get. Customer service was pretty good. Lately customer services garbage they can't help me with anything I have to jump through a million hoops just to get my phone to me able to make a phone call the most basic operation of a smart phone. I've been through three phones in one fashion or another because they won't work. Every one has been more terrible than the last. Terrible reception. Terrible customer service as of late. I have lost all confidence in a company I have used for 15+ years. It's a sad fact that now I have to tell people. Anything but Verizon is better.

It took 4 employees to take care of a single customer. I came in at 4pm... and at 5:10 they told me I had to leave because they could not assist anyone else per their manager.So I waited an hour for them to just kick me out and not even attempt to help me.Worked at phone companies, it takes 1 person to help a customer, not 4. And the 4 were sitting around waiting for data to transfer from 1 phone to another, so they were all just sitting around being. Worst experience ever.

I waited 45 minutes to ask a seemingly simple question and wasn't even greeted. This place is customer service at it's worst. Stop anywhere but here.

If I could give 0 stars the I would! My phone was not compatible so it wouldn't activate with Verizon and a sim was activated in another phone by sales rep and it didn't work after leaving the store.after 3 visits back to the store the Store manager wanted to sell me another phone or I was to try to contact customer service but to not mentionthatmy service was activated on another phone. .I had to switch back to previous carrier. I tried to get a refund and was told that they don't refund. I had to make a call to Verizon customer support to resolve the issue and verizon rep said that he spoke personally with Bret the store manager. Brett called me and said that he didn't speak with verizon concerning this issue and that he spoke with Russell customer service and that I'm to call them for a refund. I called and was told that they haven't spoken with Brett and that I'm to get a refund from Brett of whom says that his store doesn't give refunds. I should get a call back in a few days hopefully from Steve customer service rep to resolve this issue. Ugggh!!! All because my phone wasn't compatible with Verizon and it was activated using another phone.
