Ulrich Marine Center is one of a kind. We have utilized them m twice. This time they helped us get back on the water in no time. Simple fix but didn't know what was wrong. Quick diagnosis and quick fix. So appreciate them!

Stopped in to talk to the service department on an issue with my trolling motor connection to the boat. I spoke to Kelly who came out and looked at my boat said give him a few minutes and he corrected my problem. Thank you Kelly

Bought a new 2023 50 hp from this place…motor developed a miss shortly after breaking in the motor. Ulrich took it in and “diagnosed” a fowled plug? Less than 25 hours on the motor…ok. Get it back and still has the miss. So I change all the plugs, fuel filter, ect. Still missing…Ulrich says it would be three to four weeks before they could get to it…alright. Four weeks comes and goes with no word from them, so I gave them a call and get “we haven’t gotten to it yet, it’ll be 3-4 more weeks. I went and got my boat and motor and took it elsewhere. Good luck to you if you’re considering giving Ulrich your business.

I was pre-fishing for a tournament and my boat broke down. Ulrich Marine(Kelly Power & Crew) got me fixed and back to fishing for the tournament. Customer SERVICEis alive and well at Ulrich. They Get It.

Had mixed experiences from other boat repair shops. I am limited on who I can go to due to the outboard motor I have, went to Ulrich and will go no where else from now on. Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable.. everything you want from a boat repair and maintenance facility. Awesome!!

I was in town for the Toyota series championship and needed my trolling motor worked on with only one days notice. They worked me right in and fixed it no problem. Very easy to work with and great people. Would highly recommend!

My Minnkota Ultrex went down the other day while on a guided trip. I needed my boat back quickly for future guided trips. I called Ulrich, they were pretty full but said they would fit me in. A few hours later, my phone rings and it is Wes saying my boat is done. The team at Ulrich are great people, professional in their work and perform high quality of work.

Please use caution when having service performed at Ulrich Marine. I was charged over $300 dollars for a Mercury OEM part and, based on what I was told from a Mercury rep, the replacement tank that is now leaking out of the bottom fitting was not an OEM reservoir. Ulrich Marine used the OEM part # and price on the invoice! The quick way to tell is the sensor wire on the aftermarket tank does not match the color on the engine harness! Very disappointing and use caution!
Update - As you can see from their reply just please use caution. They did get me in quick an they were friendly. I expected an OEM part as they listed and priced one on the invoice and I did not get what they quoted and priced. The aftermarket tanks are easy to get and cost 70 bucks for a reason. Their own reply is proof the part was not OEM. No one told me this at the time of the service and I was expecting an OEM part as that is what was listed on the invoice. I am not bashing anyone. I am providing honest feedback on an issue that has already cost me double. I am only asking future customers to please use caution and make sure they get what they are paying for! Please read my other reviews as they are all honest and non-bashing reviews. Just providing real life experiences. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of bad experiences and I feel they are worth mentioning so they may help someone else avoid a similar experience.
