I have a Frankenstein old hotrod than I did not build myself so replaced parts is always a challenge. This O'reilly store employees are really patient and friendly while trying to match parts that may be Chevy, Ford, or Plymouth. I am grateful.

I've asked for a part for my truck that O'Reilly Auto Part's can special order but won't. I've been in there numerous times over check engine light coming on and older man tells me to put black tape over my check engine light..That's not solving my problem is it?

Darrell was extraordinarily helpful finding the right part for my family’s vehicle. He took the time toExplain the process of what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Also they specifically ordered my part and had it within hours not day. This guy saved my day!

The store manager and employee Evan were a phenomenal help! My son is four hours from home and his truck started breaking down. They were able to help run some codes and knew what he needed to fix the issue. They helped him out along the way as well making sure he had tools and things installed correctly. We need more people in the world like this. Thank you!!

Overpriced, bad quality parts. Little knowledge of anything automobile based. Very cluttered, unclean store. Unprofessional staff. With how much money O'Reillys makes, you'd think they'd pay their employees more than $13-14 an hour. Especially considering these guys are selling the parts and installing them. I'd love to see the quality of work for $14 an hour.?
