Great Service!
After having Direct TV corporate service people fail to show up for my 4 hour appointment window and a be a no show I was pretty frustrated. While waiting for the “no shows” I heard this company advertise on the radio. I immediately called this local Direct TV dealer in Bowling Green. Matt came out on the day we scheduled our service and was on time, was courteous and fixed our Satelite signal problem immediately. I highly recommend this company !

I tried to buy my aunt a replacement phone. She's in a nursing home down the street from the store. The gentleman made me answer the security questions and payment plan info. I answered all that for him to say we don't sell over the phone come in or get it online. I said it's for my aunt in the nursing home and I live here in Oklahoma. I had to cash app a cousin to go and see if the salesman gives her a hard time. So much for support of small business and trying to help my elderly aunt.

They have the best customer service. Jarrod, Terry and Courtney are wonderful. We highly recommend this location. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We never felt pressured and they took their time to explain everything.

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about what I needed. He was fast in fixing the problem. Even gave me an umbrella to keep from getting wet going to car.

The agents at this store are unmotivated and unprofessional. When I went to order my Galaxy S10+ and move my service over from Sprint, I called this store and they told me not to bother coming in since I could do all of it online myself. So I went to the Hannibal location and got help from a wonderful young man at that location. Then when I got my phone in the mail and was ready to switch my service (I preordered) I went in again and they told me they couldn't assist me in setting up my phone and I would have to do it in Hannibal. I wound up calling their telesales (who by the way are a superb customer service team, truly above par) and telesales got me all taken care of over the phone. They just didn't want to help me. They couldn't be bothered. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.
