Out n about , saw many vehicles in the lot . Assumed the nursery was open . Started . picking out what we needed . Walked RIGHT by an employee , obvious she saw us . She didn't approach us until we had a few items in hand to tell us the nursery was closed. Not friendly at all . Disappointing. Not sure where that big CLOSED sign was though ... (not everyone has fb, if it was announced being closed ) Online was showing typical Fri hours btw ... nothing updated. Her approach could've been more professional .

First time there , didn't even bother looking at your doors bc we didn't need to go inside.
Noticed you updated your holiday hours online , thank you. Helpful to keep current for future reference.

I went to Prairie's Edge desperately seeking a LARGE pot for my big Monstera aka "Morticia". Not only did the sweet associate help me look for one, but she found the PERFECT one and it was on sale and way cheaper than I'd expected to pay! I also wound up with the cutest little cacti.

I love this place! They have great variety of flowers and plants, as well as flower pots! Oh my! Plus a lovely gift shop! I will become a regular now that I know it’s there! Highly recommend!!!

Prairie's Edge Garden Center is a neat place showcasing garden and country items. In the autumn the center opens a corn maze and pumpkin patch for children and adults that enjoy those activities. The items featured in the gift shop are priced slightly higher than other locations but the quality is good. I've always had a good experience at this place. (08-20-22): neat selection of tables, mats and signs that can be changed out seasonally.
