basic float and expensive. won't even let a four man raft do a ten mile float. just very odd "rules". float is over very quickly with the 5 mile unless you stop evert 15 min to look around. they could make it much more enjoyable if they just offered the 10 mile float at the same price. nothing special, unfortunately.

Great river access.

RIP OFF!! We spent $100 for two kayaks. One of which kept filling with rocks and water during our float making it extremely hard to maneuver and keep afloat. When we took out they inspected it and told us they would throw it away because the plug was bad and to speak with the office about it. When we got to the office the manger wouldn’t even get off her lazy butt to come talk to us.

I've been coming here since I was little and now I have my own family to bring. Absolutely loved our spot! However, please keep in mind the lower river area is closed on the weekends due to the people floating, returning there. No one mentioned this during our stay and the signs were misleading (as a visitor paying to camp and swim we shouldn't be considered 'the public' when access is only available inside the place). Had all of our stuff out with 3 kids and a dog and was asked to leave in the middle of our fun. Management said they started that rule 3 years ago, yet they don't mention it at all when you come to camp and swim. No worries though. Even though it's alot to set up, we found another area and enjoyed the rest of our day! ?

The staff is very friendly, location is only about 10 mins from a small town with cute shops and good food. The campground itself is quiet but they have started putting on fun activities for all ages on the weekends like Karaoke, Foam Parties, Slip-n-slides, Movie Nights, etc. Definitely Recommend!

We've been going to Blue Springs Ranch for the last few years for float trips and until this summer were very impressed. The company that bought the previous owner out is ruining it. We were told multiple times leading up to check-in, by more than one staff member, that we could do a 10 mile float with a raft if the river was high enough. Upon check-in we were told it's always been just canoes and kayaks. We did a 10 mile in a raft a couple times before this summer but we just went with the 5 mile anyway. The guy that drove us to the takeout and the guys that helped us get the raft to the river were really nice. The rest of the staff we encountered seemed miserable. Though with the new owners taking all the extra amenities away and leaving them to deal with the backlash...who can blame them?

Have enjoyed staying here in the past and have used them for float shuttle repeatedly. NEVER AGAIN! Use of the takeout beach is no longer included with a shuttle pass, you are supposed to carry your yaks and gear a quarter mile up the hill. We were treated like vagrant trespassers with our purchased pass hanging on the mirror. Ozark Outdoors is now under the same owners, so I assume we need to avoid them as well.

Went for a weekend trip with my friends and family. This is our second year coming here and I think it gets better and better. We did have one small problem with a kayak having a crack in it. It didn’t make it very far before it toppled over. Their sister company was prompt and friendly to fix the problem.
We braved the rain and was invited to karaoke. They also had multiple other activities this weekend. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to really participate but I will be sure to check it out next time.
The pool looked clean but we didn’t get to experience it this time either.
Some sites are tiny compared to others but I think I have found our favorite spot.
Best part: free coffee in the mornings ☕️

I loved blue springs ranch but with the new ownership there are several unwanted changes.
Attached is a picture of one of 2 holes right in the middle of the driveway where the RVs are parked...for how much it costs to camp these holes could be filled up.

We camped over Memorial Day Weekend. The place was clean and well kept. My only real complaint is it is a bit pricey.

The overall service was great but when we got to the drop in spot there weren’t enough single tubes for us and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Other than that it was great!

The ranch is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. However, they do have a strict policy of no refund on canoeing. The water was too high, so we were not able to go canoeing. they would not refund us. Also, the beach has no sand it is just mud, so leave your kids' sand toys at home. Overall, we had a great time. I just think in the future we will not book canoeing ahead of time.

We have stayed here many times. Nice campground. Can go floating on the river. Fishing in the pond or river. Great place to relax. Sites are kept nice. Small community pool. Staff are friendly. The reasons I won't give 5 stars. It's expensive for a place, that's all Gravel. It's not a campground for riding bikes. Many sites are extremely close together.
