I work at a truck stop and whenever these drivers from this company come in I know my night is going to be ruined. They throw things onto the counter, they're rude, disrespectful, and in general just a terrible customer experience. They treat cashiers terribly. I've talked to other cashiers on other shifts about this company and they all said the same thing.

09/22/23 Very dangerous driving from truck 1179. During rainy conditions on eastbound 435 near KC, driver was speeding, tailgating, switching lanes erratically. If I didn’t have to focus on the road I would have called the police, but I had kids in the car. That type of aggressive behavior gets people killed and there’s absolutely no reason for it. That driver should be fired. Do better

One of their drivers purposefully sped up to inhibit merging traffic. Driver not under load. This was in the area of 135 st and State Line road in Kansas City/Overland Park. If this is a standard practice for their uncaring drivers, I can not recommend.

Following a truck north bound on US HWY 77 between Marion and Junction City Ks. Truck was all over the road not maintaining lanes and speeds anywhere from 45-80 MPH. Would increase speed when someone would try and pass. Then slow down below speed limit when unable to pass. No excuse for any driver to drive like that 1183 is the trailer number

Truck 887. Tell this unprofessional POS that the speed limit on US 218 in Iowa near Floyd is 65. Not 75! Pushing cars out of his way cause he thinks he owns the road! Unreal!

Apparently they have a BUNCH of unsafe drivers or just one REALLY unsafe driver. At 2:16 on O street in Lincoln Nebraska, driver with trailer 1205 License plate 72K p 7KV almost ran me into other lanes of traffic after changing lanes AGAIN without signals. Then when I took pictures, flipped me off. Great employees Potter.

Need to teach their drivers how to drive. Riding on the tail end of a car is not acceptable. Trucks obviously don't stop on a dime. West of Des Moines, Ia on 8/23/19 at 825 pm CST. I had my kids in the vechile and your driver would have killed us all the way they were driving.

Well my boyfriend has worked for this company for over 8 years and the paychecks are great...paychecks on time every friday! Hometime is every other week and sometimes a day or 2 in between that! The trucks are top notch! In my opinion I think this is THE BEST COMPANY that he's worked for and that says a lot being as he's been in the trucking industry for over 20 years!
