If could would give a zero rating on food . Ordered a special pizza (Hawaiian) got it took a bite me and my son . And we was disgusted to find out they used hole sliced ham instead of diced. Have it the worst tasting I ever encountered . This has done it for me and him we won't be ordering again. It just nasty .

Refill the receipt paper! 9/10 times theres no reciept paper. It's inconvenient for a convenience station.

For the love of God please get your gas pumps fixed so that they print the receipt at the pump. I would say six or seven times I have been there all different pumps and they never print a receipt I have to go in and get one it's just annoying. Especially if you're in a hurry.

The ladies in this caseys consider you holding up their line because you use cash back when you purchase over $5, my husband did as well$6.98 to be exact and so did my mother who spent $12. We came back in to spend money on lottery tickets only to be insulted and bashed to other customers due to us holding up their lines. Brenda is a supervisor unfortunately who feel denouncing customer other customers is appropriate way to hurry them up

Always has the best pizza! Too pricey on cigarettes, but it's open 24/7 so it's perfect for when or if u run out of smokes late at night!

Theres a few really good workers, but they never stay because the store manager is very rude and unprofessional. I worked there for a very brief period of time, told her upon hire that i was needing something temporary. She has since been extremely hateful towards me as a customer every time she has seen me in the store. So bad, that her new hires apologize to me on her behalf. Brenda needs a reality check. The store she manages is going under because of how she manages, or rather lack there of. I will be taking my business to the other caseys here in town, and I'll be advising others to do so as well. Just because someone quits caseys for a well paying state job doesnt mean you can treat them so rudely, especially in front of others.

The cashier at pilot grove mo store is rude and lazy. When she tells customers that she won't take a pizza order because you can order on line is just lazy. And was very rude and demeaning about it.

Good selection of fresh kitchen items. However I ordered two burgers and left before they came out. Cook touched his mask/face multiple times and then the food I was to eat-not changing gloves once. What else did you touch then cook today? Did you use the restroom touch your mask then wash your hands? Did you cut up some food, then cross contaminate cutting something else without changing gloves, then touch the mask too?
