Loved that they were willing to help with a difficult situation... and we're very helpful with follow up phone calls & willing to get answers

They told me it would be $25, then charged me $80. They also wrote off my dog as dead, when another vet said it went a big deal. The lady on the phone was nice, but the vet was rude and condescending.

Dr. McVicker and staff have been taking care of my dog for years...he's going to be 16 and doing great!
