Financed a 2014 gmc, drove for 3 days when I noticed it was slipping gears. Rpm finally got me in to see what the problem was 2 weeks later. Put it in J&M car shop in park hills. Bad transmission. I was out of a car so my sales guy loaned me his.. or so I thought it was. Needless to say I ended up getting my old van back and next thing I know I have a GMC on my credit and collectors calling daily. Reported to BBB and still no luck in getting ahold of this dealership to get them to pay their loan off. They stuck it on me.

These are the same folks at the Crystal City location. They will not make good on anything. And have no problem selling you a vehicle that will not pass safety or emissions. I lf they claim to "make it pass," the inspection was pencil whipped

I'd give them zero stars if I could. We bought a car from them months ago still yet have recieved a title, temp tags are up this has been a ongoing problem. I wish I would have seen all the reviews because as I've figured out this has happened to multiple people. Customer service is a joke after giving the benefit of the double and getting the run around for so long I let them know in the state of Missouri it is ILLEGAL to sell a vehicle without a title, from there on out the only person that would answer my calls was a lady who was completely rude and out of line. If the problem doesn't fix it's self soon they won't have to worry about hearing from me they will be hearing from my lawyer. These people take advantage of there customers and sadly I'm not the first one they have done this to. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and soon contacting my lawyer.

If I could give them zero stars I would we purchased a car months ago been calling for a title ever since getting the same run around they will look into it and call us back. We put a 3000 down payment on said car can't get it legal temp tags are up, will be looking to take them to court. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM! How they are still in buisness I have no idea the BBB needs to shut this buisness down!

the women answering the phone is a horrible person she has no respect for people calling she is always disrespectful and rude someone like her should not be working there its horrible to be spoken to as if your a problem when this women is getting paid for being evil.

They are liars. I’ve never gotten the title and they lied to the better business bureau about our dispute. They said the problem was resolved when they won’t answer my calls.

Friendly customer service when you're looking to purchase. Staff more than willing to take your money, sign off on papers and have you drive off the lot. However, once off the lot they do not help you what so ever with any concerns or problems. Temp tags expired and we have yet to receive paperwork to register the vehicle. Now we can not drive it unless we want to risk a ticket. Several phones calls made. They either do not answer or are very rude and hang up on you when you ask too many questions. Have been told they will call back by the end of the day, they are looking into it, the person is on break so call back and when we do we are told they are out of office for the day. Do not recommend at all and will never do business with them again. Good luck to those who do.

I would Never buy a vehicle from them again no title you’ll get tickets. And they won’t give you longer temp tags to accommodate for the title not being in And then they want to be rude and act like it’s your fault . Buyer beware very unprofessional and dishonest

Wow I thought they only did my best friend dirty by not producing a title and avoiding her when the temp tag was expiring it's illegal to sell a vehicle without a title she had to contact the loan company and the loan company canceled the contract and she had to end up taking them to court for her down payment back because they refused to give it to her and she won and it sounds like they're notorious for this I don't know how they can stay in business well I guess if they keep changing names and people who run it they'll be able to scam as long as they can but karma is real and they will only get away with this for so long before it's shut down and I cannot wait Derek Ivy was the worst person ever even went into court and lied under oath do not shop here you will not only you get sold a car without a title you will be treated badly like it's your fault and avoided beware

See this truck? Yes we out $1200 down for it. It's was in my wife's name. Payments automatically came out of our account. She has waited for about a month and called. They said they was still waiting to get the title from the loan company. Ok, we gave them the benefit of doubt. Well shame on us. She called again, and they said the finance company wouldn't release them the title to give to. Well the wife called the finance company and they said that rpm( Sparks motors) had the title. The finance company said that once the down payment was paid and all the paper was filled and submitted then with the process the title would be sent to the dealership. Well they kept jacking us around and giving us the run around. Well we made them buy the truck back from the final company and my credit did not get hit. I would never do business with this company ever again.

I had really high hopes for this place, i put a money down on a car, and i gave it back to the dealership because they didnt want to give me the title, its been 35 days now but they even refused to give me my entire down payment they stole $400 from me and my lawyer isnt happy about it and they will be hearing from her they sold me a car without a title which is illegal in the state of missouri, plus took $400 dollars from me bc of their mistake lol so if you wanna get sold a car with no title then go right ahead. They also wanna lie and say they have 60 days lol no they didnt that was only for when covid first hit. They are ran by people who dont know what they are talking about.

Well I bought a truck from this busines and they failed to mention the truck had no Catalytic converter, and take forever to get the title I have had this truck three weeks now and still yet to hear from them about my title, I tried contacting them and they said they would call me back and they never did. The rpm employees said when I bought the truck they would call me and say when my title is ready for me to come get and no word from them
