Came to service treadmill under warrenty work was great.Reason for 2 star review, called to have them come out move a treadmill, ended up doing myself. Forgot to cancel service, they informed me I owed a 35$ cancel fee. They never invoiced me for the that, so couldnt send a payment to them. Ended getting an invoice 3 months later for the 35$ and 3 late charges. Be aware they wont contact you to tell you if you owe them money nor will they contact you if you owe them any balance to inform you that you owe them money.*Respone to reply*That is ironic that you state you you mailed an invoice but dont send paper copies, then I should have more than 1 invoice in my inbox for these service charge, which I dont. As well you stated in my email correspondence from this morning that you dont show my wife or I contacting you for the last 3 months. Which is it, you show us reaching out or you dont show us. I am attaching screen shot of my gmail inbox showing no invoices since August of 2021 when you initially came for warrenty service.

*** with One Call Fitness Repair did an excellent job repairing the damage done to my stationary bike by the previous repair company.He also did a very good job diagnosing and documenting other issues (malfunctioning tablet/screen, bent bolts that hold the pedals in place), and informing me that he will order the parts to repair those issues. Then he gave me instructions on how to replace those parts when they are delivered.Overall, very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment and process to repair that equipment.

We ordered a treadmill from Horizon Fitness, which was delivered and set up with "white glove" service (a third party). Unfortunately, the installers botched the job and Horizon set up an appointment to have a tech from One Call investigate why the treadmill was so loud and not working as expected.**** showed up and could tell immediately that the treadmill had not been lubricated and that the wiring harnesses were clipped together backward. He corrected the cabling issue, lubricated the treadmill and showed me how to do it for future reference. The installers also set it up aiming in the opposite direction we had asked for, so **** happily agreed to reposition it. In doing so, he discovered the center support bar was installed backwards and the tray was installed incorrectly as a result. He fixed both of these issues, repositioned the treadmill and let me know exactly what kind of extension cord I would need in order to provide sufficient power.As someone who manages IT support engineers for a living, I understand the value of good customer service. ****** work ethic and customer service skills are top-notch and it's evident he takes a great deal of pride in his work. If I need to have any repairs done in the future, he's definitely the guy I'm requesting. Thank you very much, ****!!!

Brad was very professional. Diagnosed the problem with my elliptical quickly. Repair was done in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with the service I received.

Worst company I've dealt with in a long time. Summary is that they came out 3 times, charged me over $800, and were not able to fix my treadmill.First time they diagnosed the problem to be the lower control board. Said it was no longer available and needed to be sent out for repair for $300. That plus the $140 service call fee already was more than I wanted to spend, but I went ahead. They came back to install it, charged me another $140 service call, and it still didn't work. Now they said they needed to order a new motor. That was $233, which had to be paid up front. I made the mistake of going ahead with that, since I was already out almost $600. Then they came and installed the motor, and it still didn't fix the problem. I said at that point that I was ready to give up and they should just take the motor back and refund my money. They refused. Said they wouldn't take it back and would charge me more labor to even take it back out again. The only saving grace was that they didn't force me to pay another service call fee (which now went up to $160 for some reason) for the third visit.UPDATE: So yes now they are asking me to pay another $160 for not fixing my treadmill. So, no saving grace at all for this company. STAY AWAY! (And they lied in their response - at no time did the tech recommend not fixing my machine.)

I could not get anyone to come service my 10yr old treadmill. I finally found One Call. They were professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. They returned my calls on the same day and worked around my schedule. The best part? I have a treadmill that runs like new. I am beyond grateful!

Am surprised by the “critical” reviews on this company! My experience with office staff, technician and ownership was nothing short of exceptional. The diagnosis of the operation of my treadmill was “spot on”! The process from initial contact with company and repair and servicing of machine was seamless and timely! I will most certainly use this company again for annual servicing n maintenance.

Misdiagnosed my treadmill repair. Cost me close to $1000 between service fee and parts they would not return and it still doesn’t work. They wanted to “try” another $600 part.. plus labor.Misleading legal doc that claims customers are “self diagnosing “ when they order parts. Makes no sense. I know nothing about treadmill repair and I’ve lost confidence that they do either. Buyer beware.Update: Their response below is a total lie. I was not told to order these additional parts. Why would I decide what parts I should or shouldn’t order? I know nothing about treadmill repair. I’ve attached the document I signed. It appears they just guess and stick you with the cost. No downside for them.

Exceptional service! After another so called business messed my equipment up to the point it may not even be able to be repaired, Brad took the time to try to resolve the issues. Dan called me the same day and they are working to see if it can be replaced. They are worth the wait, professional and caring. They even discounted their rate because of what I'm going through. Top notch! Will only use them going forward!

The tech recommended I order a $700 part to repair my treadmill. Turns out they misdiagnosed the repair and wanted to "try" another $600 part. They wouldn't return the $700 part pointing me to the legal doc I signed which stated that "If I self-diagnose my repair and the part is wrong, I am stuck with the part". Obviously, I didn't self diagnose this repair. Do not use this company.
