We generally order online and do pickup. Haven't had a lot of issues. But ordered salad dressing was charged for it and didn't receive it. Contacted Walmart and it was added back to my card. I wish people realized complaining about something being damaged or missing in reviews doesn't do anything!

This Walmart was scary! When a Walmart has to have security all over the place inside and out like what kind of a town is this in. The security guys was rude even the ones that are off duty. One screamed at me cuz I pushed a button on a toy...told me that if I want to play with a toy buy it . Like it says try me on the toy . I told him that he was rude and he need to learn to talk to people and I can push it if I want to it has on it "try me" so he goes and get a manager she was very rude also. So I didn't end up getting that item I just walked away. Even though they fallowed me thru the store and ended up just checking out and spent over $600.00 . When I was walking out I noticed he the security guy was right behind me. So I turned around and asked him why is he still on my ass he said he wants to make sure I leave . Told him that I'm out side can he not tell that I'm leaving and I just bought a lot of stuff that he needs to leave me alone and I asked for his name and he would not give it ... so Walmart get the people that works here in line they was horrible, rude and very disrespectful. Glad I don't live in this town I was just passing thru. This Walmart is not friendly at all..... and there store is run down and nasty...

Don't bother if you need or want something its not at this store and it takes months for it to comeback into stock especially for electronics. Your best best is to go to Springfield which sucks cause who wants to drive 30+ minutes away to find something this store should already have.

This is a review for the automotive. 6 months ago I had them change my oil and when I left I was leaking oil. The lady also told me I could not get another oil change until I got new tires. (My brother's friend owns a tire shop and checked out my tires said they were fine). I decided to try and give them another shot. This time a lady back there was unkind and talked to me like I was dumb. They also did not replace my next service sticker...

Shelves are rather sparse. Couldn't get creamer the other day for my coffee, and it's pretty sad when you go through the check-out lane and they don't have any bags to put your groceries in. What is this, Aldi's?

The only reason to give a one star review is because yelp will not allow any less. This Walmart is run by a bunch of kids without any concept of customer service. We gave been in Bolivar fir a couple of weeks visiting my son. We have spent well over $200.00 in this store and are treated like trash by management. We needed quarters to do our laundry at the RV Park and we kindly asked your customer service manager if we could buy some. We were told that Walmart is not a bank and we should try elsewhere. Well it was Memorial Day and the banks were closed or perhaps I would have had that same brilliant idea. I am done Walmart. Your adolescent management team asked us to go elsewhere and we will. Gone are the days when the customer was number one. Now tour teenage management team rules and your faithful customers will go elsewhere. Possibly these twits will understand when your doors close because those pesky customers did as they were told...the went elsewhere.

If Aldi's is closed and I end up having to get all my groceries here, our bill is DOUBLE what it is when we shop elsewhere. They claim low prices but do not deliver. Healthier options disappear from the shelves, never to be seen again, and frequently purchased items go unordered for months, only to make a cameo for a couple of days before going MIA all over again. They are also incredibly unorganized. I've been on hold for over fifteen minutes multiple times because no one keeps track of each other. Did I mention that because of the mislabeled items (especially produce,) I now take pictures of everything I buy so I can get the correct prices at the register? This has saved me HUNDREDS of dollars.
