Today I came into your store and was having a problem with my phone. This young man found my problem, and answered all my questions. I understood everything he was explaining to me. I am 75 yrs old and it was an enjoyable experience for me. He is patient, knowledgeable and and joy to work with. He made my day. Thank you Kendon Brown, job well done.

Jacklynn works here at my Verizon store and she has waited on me for a long time and I really want to say she is the very best to help me and she is so good and knows how to take care of everything that I need done. She is also very nice and always friendly.. please always keep her , don't know what I'd do without her ...❤️

Connor at the Bolivar, MO office was amazing. Because of his thorough knowledge of the available Verizon plans and products, the process of obtaining a new phone was actually enjoyable. I will definitely go back to him for future Verizon needs. Looking forward to enjoying my new Galaxy S22 Ultra!

Sam helped us switch our services to Verizon and change over phones that had been ordered and let us switch to the original colors we wanted. She never once lost patience or got upset with our ideas through the whole 2.5 hour ordeal. If you need someone to talk to about iPhones, Sam is your person! She knows her stuff and won't let you down. We had a great experience.

Travis at the Bolivar Verizon store went above and beyond what was expected to help myself and my husband with our cell phones. We have had terrible service for months. I've called Verizon and was raise to the third level and got a text saying they couldn't find anything wrong. So I called our local store and we stopped by and thought our issues would be solved but arrived home to try our phones as we have calls dropped and we cut out a lot. Travis (spelling)? Came to our home and decided we shouldn't use Wi-Fi calling as that seemed to be a big problem as the Verizon Customer service had advised us to use. Travis was professional and polite. WThank him for being kind

Oh my goodness! I have nothing but complete & exceptional gratitude for Sam at the Verizon Store in Bolivar! I took my old phone for a "swim in the pool"! I walked in the store, did NOT have to wait, told her exactly what I wanted from a phone and she picked out two phones for me to look at and helped me make the perfect decision for my needs. I was there MAYBE 45 minutes. Then she called me a few days later to see how I was getting along with my new Motorola. I was having trouble connecting my printer and other items to blue tooth. Keep in mind , I have been connecting to blue tooth for years but I needed assistance this time. When we couldn't get it done by over the phone, she actually came to my home after she got off work and connected it for me! And helped me with a few other things on my phone as well. Unbelievable! I am very pleased with her incredible service and genuine care. Thank you Sam!!!!!!!

7/22/2022 - Conner helped my daughter Stephanie get transferred to our account as she just moved here from Florida. With all the quirks and bumps we hit with her doing a transfer from Sprint, he was so calm and patient that his demeanor put us at ease. Now my daughter is thrilled because she has a new phone (thanks to a new line deal and she won't drop calls anymore), I am thrilled because I won't need to help her with her old payment of nearly ($200) while she is establishing herself here - payment bumped up to about two lattes a month, and I'm sure Conner is thrilled because well, he's our favorite there!Another subject... my husband and I switched from Consumer Cellular to Verizon a few years back and I have never had regrets. I have a large family (ten kids) and cannot afford to drop calls or not be available in the event of an emergency. Anytime I need a little assistance, I come to this store and they are quick to see me, put my mind at ease and take care of all my problems like Calgon. Thanks a bunch you guys, you are the best!

Krissy at Boliver Verizon is hand down the best sales rep. She is always so Pleasant, and knowledgeable. She will take however long it takes to help resolve your issues. I will wait to see her only . She has been my sales rep for over 6 years and I would not go anywhere else. I tell all my friends to go see her she will find you the best deal .

The customer service is amazing!! They all know their stuff! They work well together, like a well oiled machine. I worked with Boone,Tavis, Sam, and Conner. I traded in my old phone, got a new Samsung, and then the watch (only $25) with the phone purchase. They set everything up and taught me how to use it. I've popped in a couple more times for questions, and they are still happy to see me, called me by name and I got all the help I needed! Very happy, loyal customer. Right here!!!

Thank goodness for Boone! He helped me finally get my phone and watch fixed and fully operational after Verizon customer service gave me the run around, twice, and 5 days of not being able to receive or make calls. From now on I’m going to Boone for all of my cellular needs!

My husband's sim card tray had gone out and we needed to buy him a new phone. We ended up just deciding to upgrade both of our phones and get him a smartwatch. We had many questions and changed our minds along the way a couple of times. Tevis was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to do business with. He was patient when we changed our minds. He truly went above and beyond for us. He answered every question we had, he took his time, we never felt rushed (and I have anxiety so not feeling rushed is very important to me, especially with as big of a decision as a new phone). He took the time to listen to our particular situation and help us find solutions in regards to our new phone needs to fit the situation. While waiting for the data transfer from our old phones to the new ones to finish the last bit of transferring, he chatted with us. Wonderful, friendly person to talk to. Definitely helped the time pass. Makes us almost sad that new phones are purchases every few years instead of more often like groceries because he was such a delight to work with. Will definitely be coming back here for Tevis if/when we ever have any other phone issues! Highly recommend him!
