Brock was quick to return my call. Facility is very clean and feel the security is top notch. I manage storage facilities in Arkansas but found myself renting units for a friend in Bolivar. Extremely happy I rented at this location!

First experience with a storage facility and it couldn't have been better or easier. We used the biggest climate-controlled unit they offer. The space was clean and there was even poison on the floor for pest control. We used it during the hottest months of summer and while it's advertised to not get above 80 degrees, I never noticed it much above 72. When we emptied our unit this past weekend, we saw that the pest control had done its job—no mice chewing through boxes or even spider webs.Great communication from management as well. My parents also rent a couple units and got a problem with a door solved immediately.Great experience, and will definitely be using them again!

We have been customers since 2014 and Randy and his crew have been great!! Randy communicates quickly back to you and the place is super clean!! Would definitely trust my stuff to store with Show Me Mini Storage!!

Been renting here for 14 months. Pretty much all self serve. Pay on time and you'll have no issues. They have just added 3 rows of climate controlled units. Not sure if those are all ready to rent yet, but outer building work and new gravel is done.

Rented my storage unit back out after my month's paid was still active and before I called it in. I had to ask two people for my deposit back and was denied prorated rent reimbursement for the time that a new tenant had already taken possession of the unit.
