Went in for alignment, main mechanic was out so inspector was the mechanic, was told of some issues I was already aware of and that it wouldn’t pass inspection. When I was driving home after paying almost $100 the car was still not aligned. My fiancé called and the lady said it’s as a straight as straight gets yet the passenger tire still points right when parked straight. She said it never should have passed inspection as it’s drove that way since I got it and had nothing to say when she was informed they did the inspection and passed it. We are out almost $100 and the job didn’t even get done. Lady said I told her I refused any other work to be done yet I didn’t talk to her about any work getting done but she overheard my phone conversation. Mechanic was rude as all get out and tried telling me he was going to put parts on my car without my authorization. Poor service all around and extremely disappointing.
EDIT- I did actually listen to you on the phone and even asked more questions and confirmed what the warranty covered in depth. I never said for the tech to “go ahead” I said okay and informed him of the parts we had already begun to replace while he lectured me about my vehicle. I was extremely nice while on the phone with you but seeing the lies in your response is uncalled for and unprofessional. I’m not sure how the owner would know anything first hand as she spend 90% of the time sitting in her office. Instead of attacking customers and being extremely rude maybe treat them like human beings. Both people I encountered there were extremely passive of me and when I called the owner was very rude raising her voice and cutting me off while I was nice and respectful. That’s no way to run a business or treat customers.we also never said another shop did my brakes but that another shop looked at things and informed us what needed done. It’s a shame this is how you treat customers.

As much as I'd like to be, I'm not a car gal. They worked so well with me to keep me comfortable and worded things in a way that I could understand. I took my car in for an inspection, which initially was a fail due to my hack job on a taillight. They quickly ordered the parts at a very reasonable cost and had it fixed up in about half an hour. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. They're wonderful!

It's a decent place but I left a three-star review because MFA Tire charges a lot less I was shocked and cost almost $30 to change a single Tire. I had brought a flat tire in with a new one to put on and I was just surprised it cost that much since I'm used to paying only 15 at mFA Tire

Great alignments and speedy service.The alignment was pretty affordable compared to a lot of places in the area so even if you have to drive down from Springfield it’s worth the trip.

Bought 2 front tires a couple of weeks ago. Today, I heard a noise while driving, got out of the car, and the lug nuts were so loose on the front tires, I could take them off with my fingers. I could have crashed and died or killed my vehicle because this tire shop doesn't know how to properly install a tire.
