“We took advantage of one of their promotions that we received in the mail. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly welcome from Tracy Kelley. It was less than 10 minutes to set-up the special, and then we began to chat. Within our discussion, it was made clear this is a locally owned bank. Meaning, the decisions are made right there in Bolivar. We met Russ, over the lending department, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and showed a great deal of passion to help our small business with an equipment loan. Trisha Turner, the President, was there in passing, and carved time out of her day to welcome us and give a tour of the entire bank. What a joy it was meeting all of the associates within the bank.
