I admit I'm very disappointed. They came recommended, so I brought my truck in mid-January. It's now mid April, and despite no less than 4 assurances that they would get it in the next day, or even "in about ten minutes", it's still sitting in the same spot untouched. Friendly in person, but I can't trust a word they say. I'll be getting my keys on Monday and will take it elsewhere. Bummer.

When i checked on my car 3 days passed appointment they said they hadn't looked at it then at just shy of two weeks they made some claims of looking at it but the car had never moved and they never once called so i would never go to them for anything. You don't leave customers hanging like that and i have six vehicles that they will never touch and they break down all the time so their loss, big time.

Paid for work to be done over a month ago and it still hasn’t been done the car has been sitting in the same spot and hasn’t moved.

Quality service, but poor organization. They struggled to get the right part for my car, delaying the fix - but they didn't charge me for the extra labor and fixed a mistake they made at no cost. Sadly the three day fix became a month to get done right - but they stuck with it and my car works well now.Service: Air conditioning

Put dawn soap in my windshield fluid and didn't fill my oil completely, drive out a quart low. Kids nice who worked there. But I had to pay someone else to drain and clean out soap suds from wiper fluid container and fill my oil elsewhere after they charged me $76. Hate to say anything negative but facts are facts.

DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEMVery poor customer service....they don't backup wat they say ...very over priced....my vehicle sat at shop for 3 months just to install winch n put on new exhaust system... I took my vehicle from them. Had job done next day for half of wat they was charging me at another place...

Very nice people. They didn't even charge me a service fee for looking at my car when they couldn't fix it. Most places charge you for just looking. These guys are great.
