Got pre-approval thru GM Financial who ch stated no hard pull on credit. Somehow this dealership pulled credit creating a hard inquiry! I have never been to this dealership or picked out a vehicle.

Used to be a loyal Bill Roberts customer but will no longer support them. We have had an issue with our Chevy Equinox off and on for a couple of years only to be brushed off and told there were other, more expensive, things that needed worked on. The actual issue was covered under GM but the greed of the dealership got in the way until the GM fix was no longer an option. Now, we are out the cost of repairs and the dealer can't even offer an apology for his staff making a mistake that is costing us money. I was basically called a liar because "there isn't any documentation we told you anything and my staff wouldn't do that". There is no such thing as customer service. Bill Roberts may not care that they have lost loyal customers but they have. Our next cars will be bought and serviced elsewhere, even if we have to drive.

they mis diagnosed my vehicle and just threw parts at it then told me I needed a new engine when all it needed was a new intake gasket after they charged me for over 1200 dollars in parts it didn't need..beware of taking your vehicle to bill Roberts..my cat could have done a better job
