I have a 2013 Ford Fusion that started having what I thought was transmission problems or major electrical problem. I called the service department and they told me they could look at it the next morning. I dropped it off the day I called and as soon as we gave them the keys they went out yo start checking on the car. First thing the next morning they had a diagnosis and cost of repair.
After I gave them the ok to fix it it was done before noon! Turned out to be damaged wires, possibly chewed by a mouse.
I'm so happy they were willing to find the cause and not throw part after part into the car costing me a fortune.
I definitely recommend Bill Grant service department!

My experience with Bill Grant Ford of Bolivar was a terrible one. I would not recommend going to them for anything. First of all they tried to hide a defect in the bodywork of my car I bought. When confronted about it another salesman that I wasn’t involved with at all threatened me. And they also don’t honor there warranty work on the car.

Came to Bill Grant as he was a local Ford dealer. I brought my vehicle in to investigate two engine codes (390 and 394). I was told it would be a $100 charge to do the diagnostics, which is true. Those codes did show up as well as a couple more. After and oil change and a found air leak in my intake system, plus a bad tire pressure sensor. I was charged around $400. Twenty four hours later and one drive to work, those codes reappeared after the service engine returned. No mention was ever given as to these 4 sensors on the engine to determine if they were bad, and replaced. I'm not pleased with the 3 hours worth of work to resolve I originally reported. I rely on this vehicle for work and not having it run at it's best and not fixed causes me more additional money, additional time off to have this fixed correctly.
No, I am not pleased or satisfied of the work!!

Just purchased a vehicle from Bill Grant Ford. From the time I saw it on the web site to closing the deal which included a trade Shane was very helpful and courteous. It was a hassle free transaction.

I don't know who to complain about because the salesman couldn't bother to introduce himself nor did he offer a handshake. We found that highly unprofessional. I don't give my money to strangers. We test drove a great used car however it was not detailed properly. There was still a bunch of dog hair in it and scuffs in the door's interior.

I was needing some basic maintenance done on my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment ahead of time and discussed with the customer service what needed to be done. The parts were not ordered ahead of time as previously discussed and at the end of the day when my car was supposed to be finished I received a call that they were unable to fix any of what needed to be done. Customer service needs to work on clear communication with both customers and employees. Furthermore, employees within customer service need to have better collaboration with each other as when one customer service worker was away the other was unable to explain what was going on. Also, customer service employees should be advised not to use deaming words about other customer service employees as this does not help with elevating my confidence in the ability of this dealership to service my vehicle properly. Failing to meet deadlines without a warning is also something that needs to be addressed as a commitment to fixing a vehicle by a certain time without a warning to arrange alternate transportation could prove detrimental to someone's career if they are unable to arrive at work with punctuality due to not being advised previously that they would need more time to be able to service the vehicle.
