I just have to say thank you so much for staying late on a Friday night to fix our alternator on our family mini van! Jennifer you and your husband are wonderful and we are so grateful for the service and plain kindness for getting us fixed up and back on the road. We would recommend Advanced Auto to anyone in town or from 300 mile away like us to get your car fixed quickly and professionally. Its scary having a breakdown so far from our home but it was a blessing to have ended up at this shop with these good people.

Super rude shop, they have gone downhill on service and no one seemed to know status of my vehicle for days.

No reason to call and you were the one of rude people I dealt with. Amazing and professional when it's public though, too bad you don't treat customers that way in person......You don't seem to get I gave you several opportunities and don't want to call. You are Tony's wife and also an owner not just manager. Idk why lie and put manager and put it off on him when it there is a complaint. You claim being owner here on other reviews....what a joke.

Highly recommend!! Our vehicle broke down while visiting family and they got us in same day. They even drove me to my hotel and picked me back up when the vehicle was fixed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Took my vehicle to get a diagnostic done, had every gear. Got it back after three days and didn't have first and second gear. Also, the mechanic said he switched the plug wires around and left them. Every sense then haven't been able to drive the vehicle. Never even told me an issue besides bad transmission. Said it would take 4 hours. Turned out, days later.

If you need a truthful dio on your truck or car, Tony is the most respected mechanic in town. My family has also bought several cars from them, one I was still driving after 10 years. You won't be disappointed with their service.

Spent 3300 on repairs and labor for the car to break down again a week later trying to drive it home due to there negligence. Paper work stated brand new oil change. Among a new timing change kit and powersterring pump and head gasket replacement. Old oil was still in my vehicle. On top of them not repairing my vehicle properly and professionally.

We were on our way to Arkansas recently (halfway there) when our Honda CRV started cutting out & the check engine light came on. We were 20 miles from Bolivar so we just picked the first garage to come up on Google to call. They were so great to get us in right away. Put it on the analyzer & test drove it for a long time but nothing came up & it drove fine! Sheesh!! The charge for them looking at it was extremely reasonable. I wouldn't have been upset if it had more. Very nice, helpful people and above all, more than honest!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
