Walgreens staff is friendly and provides a positive experience. The pharmacy has room for improvement and the place is always dirty, with a parking lot that looks like a fast food drive thru in an inner city, trash and litter everywhere. The trash can was full in the photo and a week later it was the same, suggesting it was never emptied. Customers in Chicago reported no difficulty transferring prescriptions and the service was readily completed. In Blue Springs customers are always notified of refill dates and the time the refill can be picked up. The gentleman administering the COVID booster was kind and caring, putting anxiety and worries at ease. The employee goes above and beyond to make the shopping experience pleasant, caring about customers and working hard to get all savings possible for retired couple.

I am from Chicago and there was not a difficulty of transferring my prescriptions. It was readily completed. I have been in Blue Springs for a year and have not had a problem since I have been serviced by this Walgreens. I am always notified of my refill dates and the time the refill can be picked up.

I went here yesterday to get the latest updated booster for COVID and the gentlemen administering the vaccines was so kind and caring. Very good bedside table manners. He put my anxiety and worries at ease. :)
