Never call US Bank if there is something you need done in a timely manner, no one picks up the phone at the branch you need and they let the automated system direct you toward there customer support somewhere else in the country. All I wanted was to ask a simple question for the bank at that location about notarized documents and never spoke to a real person working there.

All I have to say is Wow!!!! I had been on the phone with US bank all morning with them telling me that my funds where going to be withheld for 10 days+ so I went inside this location and was greeted by a woman by the name of Jessica that then told me she was the Branch Manager and she was more than Awesome!!! You guys better hang on to this one because you can’t find employees like her that took care of the problem immediately. She then presented me with her card and said if there is any problems to give her a call. You better give this woman a raise because she deserves it and she was very Professional and that’s hard to find. I just wanted to say Jessica, THANK YOU so so much!!! Not only that, Jessica handled this problem with ease and made me feel like I was very well taken care of when I walked out that door!!!

I need to drive from south of Raintree clear over to Douglas in LS or go to BS on 7 hwy to use a US Bank. Many times after I make the drive, the ATM is not working and of course this is upsetting. I am considering changing banks because I am a single retired woman with Disabilities and a bank in our area of 150 hwy n’ 291 would be such a blessing to us.

The people that work here are trying their hardest to do a good job, but they are working in a terrible system. The managers, IT people, etc couldn't find their own arse with both hands. Have been trying to set up online banking for over a week. No one has an answer and no one can make it happen. I'll bet the local credit union can...

I will never do business with this bank again. Their policy's are trash, customer service was absolutely horrible. I will never step foot inside this bank again. I don't generally leave reviews and typing this out as it is not worth my time but figured I would spread the light on this bank.

This bank is ridiculous! It literally takes 30 minutes for them take care of a deposit I send in at the drive through. Also 80% of the time their computers are down.

It's June 20, 2020 at 10:46 in the morning. I'm a commerical customer. I pull in a non commerical customer lane. I'm told that I have to pull in the commerical lane because there is only one person working the drive through. There are two commerical customets ahead of me. Again, I wait. If I had a choice I would not come back to this bank but my company is the one that set up this account. Why is thete only one person i the driver through. I'll update this when I finally get out of here.So It's 11:10 now. I had a change order. With coin going through the drive through container the rolls of coin break. I have 6 rolls of coin broken and they wouldn't exchange them or give me slevees to roll the coin. This bank needs some serious help.

This is the only US Bank in the area that makes the customers ask for a cup of coffee, the other locations have it sitting out and readily available for the customers.

Customer service, as well as management in this branch, has never been concerned with me, as far as being a small business owner. I would not recommend this bank.
