This one star is for this location only. Joe the manager refused to accept my deposit today because the coins were rolled and not loose. I did not want to use the coin counter, they are hardly accurate and my coins were weighed and rolled. A year worth of coins rolled and ready for deposit. I called customer service after leaving to be told that this was unacceptable of the branch and there was nothing stating I could not deposit rolled change and it was preferred over loose change. The kind rep even checked new 2024 policies to ensure i was able to deposit rolled change. This location was in the wrong and it has been reported to your supervisor Joe.

Been banking with US Bank for 20 years and its nearly impossible to get a loan through them and then the icing on the cake I was exactly 1 min past 5pm and they refused me service and accepted the guy in front of me and we got there at the same exact time. I really needed that money customer service has gotten horrible.

They deposited my cash into another person's account, I even gave them a deposit slip from my checkbook and ID. Not sure how this happened. Very disappointed I have to take time out of my schedule to fix their mistakes.

Today is the third time I've come through here, always seem to have an issue with Jeremy and Bertha in the drive through, one time I was waiting in line and the green light got turned on in the second lane so I drove up, I was then told that I was lying and they can't serve me, second time I was waiting in line at about 515 pm in first lane, I was waiting so long that when I got to the window Bertha shut the blinds in my face and then when they pulled them up, her and Jeremy started laughing then tried to tell me they can't help me , I was thankful they did but not happy about the laughing or attitude. Now today, yes I forgot my ID at home, so after going to get it which took only 5 mins, as soon as I got back I was then told it's going to be awhile because Jeremy and Bertha have shut their drawers, and only amy has one, I was the only one there in the drive thru at that time. So I'm not sure why it would now take that long. I then was told I couldn't get the notes I needed, which I do find weird, as if there is only one teller at the bank open why should we be so restricted on the denomination we can recieve, thankyou to amy for getting it done. I love US Bank, I just don't appreciate the customer service that I handed out between the two of them.

This branch specifically deserves zero stars. I have been inside multiple times recently and heard the employees send customers to another brand because they are "so busy" while employees stand around scrolling on their cell phones. One even admitted they don't answer the phones which caused me to leave work early only to wait around for an hour to be "helped". My ongoing monthly fraudulent charge still has not been resolved after months of the same issue. I have been banking with U.S. Bank for over 10 years and sadly have to make a switch due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

I have a Focus debit card with US Bank. I was able to go inside without any problem and make a cash withdrawal no problem when some branches have directed me to the ATM.

I recently opened an account at US bank, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I asked the bank what was the best way to transfer money from another bank to my new account…. I was told money orders were the best way so I did just that thinking this would be same as cash essentially. After making a large deposit I noticed it wasn’t posting right away so I went back to branch to be told it would post next day. Went to bank 4 days later still waiting on it to post to be informed it would be 10 business days because acct was new. So now I’ve deposited everything I have in this account only to wait 2 weeks to get my money. Went to branch with receipts and all necessary paperwork to prove the money orders weren’t fraud, I was told they would try and speed it up for me so I could buy groceries and make my house payment. They said they would call me later on Monday, or next day which was Tuesday……. It’s Friday and still no call or no post to my account! Now my house payment is late which brings late fees!!! Really put me in a bind!!! Nobody cares!!! So needless to say as soon as it posts and my direct deposit goes in 2 days later I will be closing this account asap!!! I refuse to do business with a bank that treats me and my family this way!!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Really expected more from a bank like US bank!!!! Live and learn! Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone!!!!! Not even my ex wife!!!

I have been with US bank for 15 years. This branch a long with a couple others in the city are the worst i have ever seen. This is the main branch we use. I went to make a deposit for our buisness the other day and never got to even see a teller after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Your regular (covid) wait is at least 20 minutes plus. Because they have 2 tellars at a time in their working their tails off, instead of adding some more help. If i cant walk into your bank to get help i shouldnt be stuck in line forever outside. The hours are also a joke. I get usbank is trying to cut costs, but it WILL come at the expense of your customers. Im about fed up! -From a 15 year customer.

Why are you not opening drive thru until 930? Covid isn't an early riser. This is insane. Its one thing to close lobby. Drive thru hours should not be shortened!!! Will be leaving us bank soon.

My favorite bank yet! Their customer service is outstanding. The manager Jessica really went above and beyond to help fix a problem on my account. She really knows how to treat customers. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and a very happy customer. I’ve finally found a bank I want to stick with!

I absolutely love this location. I have come here for regular bank transactions, help with house closing and loan deposit, vehicle down payment deposit, getting a joint bank account with my wife after we got married, and various other things like getting tip money withdrawn from my account for our honeymoon. Not only have I never had a problem with all of these transactions, but the staff Is genuinely excited to hear about all the things we are doing and is extremely friendly and nice. They really go above and beyond. Thank you guys!
