“I do not have an account at UMB. However, I was interested in setting up a personal HSA account. When I went into the Bank two employees immediately greeted me and did everything they could to get me information that I needed. One even went so far as to go to the HSA website and print out the directions for me. I will definitely use UMB bank in Blue Springs in the future.”

“2 ATMs at this location. One on the side of the building and 1 on a drive through lane. The area is well lit and open so you can see people approaching from quite a distance. These machines have never been very busy during my visits. Typically no wait or a max of 5 minutes. Machines are well maintained and easy to use”
