Had waxing done by Donna and it was absolutely terrible. It was very rough and the place is always very dirty. I usually tolerate her roughness, but this time she literally tore off the skin from my eyelid. It was bleeding and she tried covering it up. When I complained about the cut, she proceeded to put cooling gel on it that should only be used on closed burns. That was 3 weeks ago! And my eyelid is still really damaged! She also thinned out my eyebrows soo much, it’ll takes months to restore. I’ve had one bad nail exp with them and would never go back for nails. There’s a degree of professionalism, care and cleanliness that’s really lacking. It’s unfortunate, since it’s a really convenient place to go to.

Just walked out. Strong fumes!! The whole place is dirty floors, seats, the boxes they hold the pedicure supplies in. Unless you’re getting a brand new pumice stone you are sharing that with who knows how many feet! You can’t wash out all the dead skin from those. No offense but if your job is to do nails and your nails look dirty and unkept you are not promoting your establishment or business well. This place needs a full wipes down and aired out.

Always love coming here. Super friendly service. They get to know you and remember your face. Absolutely loved my set this last time. Ben did a wonderful job giving me what I asked for. *Adding my new set today. Looove my nails every time This new set was so fun. Try rainbow chrome next time you go in! (The blue set)

i’m so disappointed in my experience at this salon considering i spent $55. i had 3 nails fall off after only 2-4 days! multiple are lifting and it’s only been a week. i went back to get the 3 that fell off back on and they look HORRIBLE. very annoying, will not be coming back
