An incompetent group. Was here for a family members install that took 5 hours as a result of this companies refusal to deliver the mouth pieces to AM Customs to complete the install. Apparently AM Customs has been asking for these to be delivered for weeks! Held the vehicle hostage with no way to start the car or leave.

I've had an extremely frustrating experience, overall. The Blue Springs location has had trouble with staffing and keeping their office open during business hours. This makes it very difficult to remain compliant with the program and when you find yourself outside of compliance you are charged fees. Visiting a different location with restricted driving privileges is not always an option. The location is otherwise extremely convenient, but be careful pulling into the parking lot as there is a steep incline which has caused damage to our vehicle. When staffed, the people that work here are extremely professional and friendly. But, the app is completely useless and the customer service line is hit or miss. A message to busy people that just want to take care of business and have other things to do: Choose a different provider.

Ron was professional and took the time to go the extra mile when I arrived a bit late to install the interlock device. I really appreciate the service here and I always refer others in need of this service to this location for there professionalism.

These guys do an incredible job of taking care of their people. Oliver goes over and above to make sure things are right and do the job correctly where others don't. I would highly recommend them for all of your needs. They will make sure you are taken care of

After reading horror stories online about this product I was very skeptical, but having for six months, and getting it off here in a few minutes, I can say these guys did a great job and have had no problems. Maybe twice it kind of weirded out on me and would say I was inhaling when I wasnt, if that occurred I would inhale purposely and it would fix itself. Other than that, flawless.
