I absolutely hate that I am writing this review…… However, I feel as though people should be aware of my experience. For a person that has been in retail sales for 26yrs, the 2 worst things you can do is lie, or over promise and under deliver. Perhaps it’s a training situation? Thats my hope at least…… My wife and I were super excited to get this bed. We went into the store and decided on the i8, my wife loved the option to raise and lower the head and the feet so we had to get the base as well. I asked every possible question, I wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We bought pillows, cooling covers for the pillows, sheets and all the “extra” items that we could. The only issue I saw, was the fact that we have a bedroom set that we really love and is only a few months old. I asked, what our options were and I was told that it is done all the time with existing bed frames. All I would need to do, was remove 2 drawers that were on the frame. NOT the case!!!! I felt awful for the installers, they showed up and looked at the space and immediately looked defeated. I asked them what the issue was, they informed me that “this happens almost everytime”. Apparently the installers, often have to have uncomfortable conversations with customers (not their job or problem, in my opinion), regarding the sales people, selling beds and assuring customers that what they have will work, all for them to show up and try and reconstruct furniture. These installers were the only bright part of this experience, they spent close to 2hrs reconstructing my existing bed frame, so everything would work. My frustration comes from, asking NUMEROUS questions at the time of the sale, DO I NEED TO BUY A DIFFERENT BED FRAME, repeatedly I was told no. Moral of the story, after paying $10,300 for a bed, we required the use of a sledgehammer and a demolition saw to be all done. If anyone needs any firewood, I have a pile of wood in my garage.

She was the main reason we chose Sleep Number. I can’t recommend Mandy and Sleep Number enough; they have a winning combination that ensures happy and satisfied customers. Five stars for Mandy and her outstanding contribution to our buying experience!

I really want to give a better review but, my experience at this place was not great. First time in was ok, bought a bed and frame. Thats about where the good experience ended. 2 weeks later when the bed was delivered, some of the plastic pieces on it were broken. Now this wasnt a huge deal as they assured me that there would be another delivery date with a new piece. So I had to clear another day and wait on them to arrive with the new piece. Again not a huge deal. Then I went back up to the store to order the brackets needed to attach my headboard to the frame. Of course they dont keep them in the store so they had to order them. Upon arrival, the brackets were the wrong ones. So, I had to go back up to the store and exchange them. Upon arrival to the store, i was told that they did not do exchanges in the store and that I had to return the brackets myself thru UPS even though THEY ordered the wrong brackets. They did email me a UPS label to return it so I guess at least thats something,but I still have to print it out myself and take it to UPS. Also i was informed the brackets I needed were 9 dollars more than what I had already paid. They did not offer me any compensation for my time. NOTHING. Just be aware that the my experience with customer service after the sale was very unpleasant and I would not buy another bed from them again, or recommend them to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy a flex split top mattress where you're stuck buying their overpriced low quality bedding because it's near impossible to find anywhere else. $250 and up for sheets that don't even last a year. Just went through another set that ripped and tore just from being slept on. Ridiculously overpriced and their sale prices are a joke. They announce a sale and our size is still $250 and up for sheet quality that should cost under $50.The bed itself is ok but in reality it's a glorified air mattress. We cannot wait to replace this and have the ability to buy normal and affordable high quality sheet sets again.

We live at Warsaw, Missouri-so it was quite a decisionas to go to Columbia or Blue springs. As we were fromJackson county, until we retired we decided on Blue Springs.It was a good decision. Rachel, our store sales person wasvery helpful, as we were a returning customer to sleep numberwe have had ours for 18 years and needed to replace it with aQueen, and up grade we had a full size.Rachel helped us, was not pushy, she was well informedI want to stress that she went out of herway. We will go back there in the future for and addonswe will be needing.Thank You Sleep number for hiring quality people, and sucha nice show room.Give Rachel several Gold Stars for us.

My wife and I decided to give sleep number a try, and I'm so glad we did. Our Experience in this store was absolutely amazing we went to the sleep's number store in Blue Springs Missouri on caronado drive. The representative that helped us, was Mike and he was absolutely amazing. what a great asset sleep number has. Yet he was very patient with us he answered all of our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable our purchase Of the P5 sleep number bed was greatly influenced through him. If you are interested in getting a sleep number bed which I truly hope you are they are absolutely amazing I strongly recommend this sleep number store in Blue Springs Missouri on Coronado drive speak with Mike you will be extremely happy.
