I called Royal Glass on Monday inquiring if they can help with glass broken out of a window. The lady who answered the phone was extremely friendly and assured me that yes, they complete that type of service. She asked if she could call me back because she had a customer with her. I provided my name, address and call back number. It is now Thursday and I never heard back. I love to use small local business when possible so I am extremely disappointed. It seems they did not want my business.
