Bought a car from there 3 weeks ago. Drove perfectly for 4 days. Then the shudder started. The transmission is so bad I need a new one. Don’t buy a car from here.

We purchased a 2014 Kia Soul, from this dealership through a listing on Facebook marketplace. Our Salesperson, Sam, seemed like a very genuine person and was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. She also went out of her way to have a brand new battery placed into the vehicle and had oil on hand for when we checked the fluids in the Kia. Our only complaint was that it unfortunately was not mentioned to be a cash only dealership until after our first 2 1/2 hour long trip to the location. So, we drove, all together, 10 hours to purchase this vehicle. However, during the 150 mile trip back home the Kia proformed exceptionally. We have not noticed any major issues, as of yet, and we are incredibly pleased with our purchase. As of this moment I would be happy to suggest this small dealership. :)
(Ps: I decided, against my partner's better judgment, to name my new Kia 'Goobie' lol)

Update: bought this 05 f250 8 months ago this is the 5th time this truck has broken down on me, this dealership is the most poor excuse of a business there could ever be , don't buy any of there lemons on this lemon lot I put 4500 down paid $299 a month plus the insurance so in 8 months I've paid $9,300 for a truck that I've driven for less then a month with out the break downs and repair( cost of repair not included in this $9,300 8 months of wiping my a2s with my money and flushing it down the toliet) these people are scum lower than snakes belly worst then the smelliest porta-jon on a 120 degree day pure hot trash

I got a car from there 2-26. The dealership said they drove it for 2k miles and it runs perfect. On the way home, the car stalled out several times. When I took it to the mechanic, they said there was absolutely no oil in the car. I called the dealership and they said the car didn’t have problems when they drove it and “there is a first time for everything”. Had this “reliable” car for less than 30 min before it stalled and had to go into the shop.

Very polite people they have a nice selection of good preowned vehicles that will fit most people’s needs. They offer a 3rd party warranty which was nice.
