I can't say enough wonderful things about the Vetco in Blue Springs Missouri. I came to them in tears because my dog was very sick for over 2 months and the previous vet was bleeding my pockets dry with no answers and no compassion. Vetco techs and doctor was straight to the point, listened to me and didn't overly act like they cared until $$ came into play. My pup got better super fast and then had a small relapse, I called concerned and scared I was going to spend more $$. They listened and told me what to do, provided medication I could pick up immediately. it cost me nothing but time (and the RX) Thank you so much for everything you did for my pup and myself .

My husband went to Blue Springs MO store on 4/20/24 to purchase dog food. He didn't pay attention at the time of purchase being run up that the cost seemed a little higher than normal. When he go to the car and looked at the receipt he noticed the employee rang up the dog food twice. He went back into store to get a refund. A week later the amount was still not in our account. Went back to the store and the manager could not do anything for me except to give me 800 number to call. I'm now on my 3rd attempt calling customer service to get refund. This time I'm asking to speak to supervisor and it's been 15 minutes so far of holding. They say they sent an email but I never received an email and apparently this is the only way to get your money back. They send an email asking for more information even though I provided that in my initial call.

My puppy and I enjoy our weekly visits to this Petco. Ashley, the dog trainer, is friendly, caring to the fur babies, and has helped my puppy learn so much in a short amount of time. You can tell she loves what she does!

If I could give more stars I would. I went in to Petco yesterday 5/11/2024 looking for a a start up for a baby hatchling turtle that we rescued. I knew nothing and had one of the best encounters I've had there. Jackson one of the employees was seriously the best. I knew absolutely nothing about turtles and was even questioning everything about it. He was busy cleaning fish tanks but stopped everything he was doing to make sure I had everything I needed and took the time to explain everything to me. I'm truly grateful and our little baby is thriving ❤️

Had a purchase to make. Vickie (or Vicki) a manager there, helped me with everything I needed. I was interested in the program for my different pets, and she took the time to explain it to me so I knew what all the benefits were, as well as going out of her way to make sure I was getting the best prices for everything I needed. Exceptional customer service. Goes out of her way to make every customer feel like they’re the most most important one that has walked in the door the whole day. I’ve always had a good experience at this location, I just thought she deserved to be recognized for the job she does.

the whole staff was amazing as per usual, the vet techs were super attentive to our little guy and the Vet was super patient and explained everything in a super easy to understand way, the fact that they were open on the weekend was also a huge plus for getting our cat seen really fast, he was pulling his fur out and we were afraid he had a skin issue, turns out it was just anxiety but we were happy that he was able to be seen so quickly. I love how the Vet techs always treat my animals like one of their own with so much love and gentleness <3 going to the vet is never fun but the Petco clinic makes it as convenient and painless as possible

The conditions of their animals is deplorable. You just spent how much money remodeling your store? And your animals are living in absolute filth.

Location is generally sufficient. Stock of favorite food is now perpetually out. Recently purchased an item in wrong size, attempted return for exchange the same day and was refused due to missing receipt. Slightly understandable, but only time at any business I've been refused in comparable situations. Will need to look elsewhere for pet products.
