Swift Shine Car Wash has a long history, originally opening as Rogers Car Wash in 1972 and later rebranding to Spot-not Car Wash in the 1980s. In 2012, the business transformed to OTTO Car Wash, offering a unique Zero Spot Rinse with mineral-free water. The car wash features both Soft-Touch Express Wash and High-Pressure Touch-Free Automatics across its locations. Customers appreciate the tall bays, accommodating larger vehicles without damage. Many find the touchless wash effective, especially for ceramic-coated cars. However, some reviews express disappointment over the lack of a wax option and the absence of signage detailing wash package benefits, which could enhance the customer experience. Additionally, a recent visit highlighted issues with vacuum tokens not being provided after purchase. While the service is generally clean and functional, some believe the pricing could be improved for the time spent washing. Overall, Swift Shine Car Wash is recognized for its quality washes but has room for improvement in communication and service offerings.
I was my truck here at least once a week - nice car wash. I do wish the clear coat/wax would be more abundant, it is just okay. The brushless drive-in bay is nice for large vehicles, but smaller vehicles may barely get dried from the blower being set high. Overall, this is a great car wash and the property is very well-maintained

I stopped here for a car wash and chose a package to get the free vacuum token. After paying for the wash, no token was given.

Good pressure here. Took splattered dried on concrete off with no paint damage.
