I haven't shopped at Old Navy in awhile and I see I haven't missed much. There isn't much variety in the way of women's clothing. I used to love the graphic t-shirts and now they are plain and boring. If there is a graphic it looks like something a grandma would wear. I went into 2 separate locations and it was the same way at both. I applaud the theme clothing for Pride month and Independence Day but please do better, Old Navy. Bring back the cute stuff!

I specifically came here to recognize the store manager, Chelsea. On more than one occasion now I have had an encounter with her at this location and she’s always so pleasant and friendly and has absolutely no problem helping us find the best deal and price matching against their website. She’s gone above and beyond each time and I find myself chatting with her about her customer service anytime I’ve ran into her. Great customer service is hard to find and Chelsea totally gets it which is only an indicator of how she manages her staff. People often want to leave reviews when they’re angry or upset but I wanted to leave one for the opposite reasons!

Love Old Navy, specifically for their kids clothes but left very disappointed today. I tried to return something that I purchased a couple weeks ago, washed once, and wore once that had a hole in it and apparently it is their policy if you’ve washed a clothing item, they cannot exchange it. Very unsatisfied with their customer service.

Can usually find a cute dress/jumpsuit/romper there. Prices are medium ($25-$60 each), sometimes their sales are really good and get me there.

Visited early in the day and clothing racks in general seemed in disarray, sizes were hung in wrong spots in clearance, etc. Mostly disappointed that the handicapped/accessible stall in the sizing rooms was full of rolling carts, baskets, and a return rack, making it inaccessible to any customers who may need to use it.

Like that they have several different cuts of clothing not just skinny or slim. And they have all in the same colors.
