I went in for some simple office items and prints. Hardly anyone was at the front. The print services person was SO rude to the lady in front of me, constantly ignored her, and was so unhelpful. I paid in cash and they shorted me. Finally took another person to open the register to get it back. a smile goes a long way and some people are not as tech savvy. It’s free to be nice. Go to staples next time

I had a FedEx drop off. The employees just stared at me blankly when I told them specifically what I needed, I showed them that I had a QR code, they had me wait in line only to get up to the counter to be told they can't scan QR codes and only take items prepackaged in a FedEx box. Why did they have me stand in line then?! What a waste of my time and this store is seriously lacking in customer service!

Twice now, I have dealt with a surly manager and had a print order botched beyond belief. I have never seen store-cut items in so many different sizes...unbelievable! I'd have brought it back for a redo, but I would have had to deal with the same manager. I decided six hours of working on it myself was more enjoyable. I am disappointed, because the store used to have such wonderful customer service, but not anymore!

Horrible customer service, may as well just order everything online, these folks don't know what's in their store, or when they will have more product, and worst of all, they don't want you to ask for any help. It's like a complete inconvenience for them even though they're literally just standing doing nothing.

I ask for help and then this man said to figure it for myself. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to no one. Hire better people that can handle working with the public. 04/27/2024

Poor customer service went in and asked for someone to help me look for something that was in stock online was pointed into a direction to “go look” there were literally no other customers besides myself and a elderly woman getting photos printed being assisted by another employee the one who sent me on the finger pointed quest was literally cutting out sales coupons.

IF you need help with your own designed business card look no further than Blue Springs Office Depot. Could not have done ours without them. Tips, suggestions and easy to follow instructions. So thankful for their printing department.
