Being a rideshare driver, and after having went through a chapter 7 bankruptcy, I wasn’t expecting to find a place that would work with me so well. But Munsterman Auto cares about getting you a good deal, if at all possible, and getting you in the car you want. Jared was my sales person, and he was energetic, understanding, and his aim was clearly to help, and deliver the best customer service possible. He listened and understood my concerns and what I wanted, and he along with the team delivered far better than I could have ever expected. I’ve recommended MAG to multiple people since having had my own 5 star experience. :-D

i would not recommend going here. the man selling me a vehicle didn’t listen to what I asked for, was unwilling to bring other options up except one car, and i finally had to settle on it because I needed transportation and came to the conclusion that i would not be receiving any of the things i asked for. he didn’t care about anything other than making a sale.
when doing paperwork to buy the car, I was told i do not have to put any money down. however they put on the paperwork that I put down $500, and they told me it was something they do to help customers. when the bank called to ask about my loan i told them this, then received a call from Munsterman Auto saying i needed to call the bank back and lie to them, saying i had put the $500 down and had just “forgot”. so their tagline of “nothing down and you decide the payment” is a flat out lie.
on top of the shady and unprofessional way they deal with customers and the bank during the sales process, They did not mail me my title as they said they would, and when asked if they would do so, they told me i had to pay to have them mail it. my 60 day tag provided by them disintegrated before it was expired, making me unable to drive the hour it takes to get there without risking a ticket, and they refused to replace it, so now i am unable to drive the car they sold me without risking legal consequences.
i would suggest going to a real car dealership, this was definitely an unfortunate learning experience

Rite of passage: trying to find an affordable and reliable vehicle for your firstborn. After chasing down multiple leads all over the Kansas City area, we found the right car for our daughter at MAG. Thanks to Ricky for simplifying and walking us through the process with patience and an evident passion for cars and to Ernie for going above and beyond in offering us a great reason to do business with MAG, we drove away as happy and grateful customers. Munsterman does it right! And on the Auto Care side, RJ is straightforward, knowledgeable, and great to work with. It's a great team all around.

Clint was FANTASTIC!!! He was super friendly and informative throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciated as a first time car buyer. He was able to get me approved before I even stepped foot on the lot and, once I got there, the rest of the process was super quick. I highly recommend this dealership & asking for Clint!!!
