Twice now I have gone into the service department and just stood there being completely ignored. I understand they are busy but to be completely ignored is ridiculous. Someone could acknowledge me and give me "just a sec" or even a head nod, something. I'm guessing it's because I'm female or because I don't drive a corvette but I will never go back there.

Rodney, over in the diesel shop, is definitely an asset to this company. Being a mechanic and electrician myself, I occasionally have inquiries about specific components, theory and operation including troubleshooting on my diesel Colorado. He is always willing to listen and offer ideas. When all else fails and I have to take it to the shop, he provides personalized care and where possible, the best advice for the most economical repair. I'll continue to patronize this place for this reason.

I took my car in for diagnostic testing for a 3rd time after it was dropped off and never looked at because I wasn't physically there to drive it through. I was told they didn't honor appointments even though they have an appointment system online. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in all the years I have owned a car. The advisor Chris is very rude no matter what day, or time of day it is. I am regretting I ever purchased my car from this location. I spoke with the Service manager of the service department on the phone who didn't remember the situation when I arrived, and when I did refresh him, he asked a different advisor to get my car in and checked that day. Brandon did make sure to call and follow up with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and was nothing but great as usual. I have had my car for 2 years and have always had it serviced here and never had an issue until now. Not sure why Chris chose to treat me so rudely and and be disrespectful even after he wasn't assigned to my file he still was the same way. My car was ready to be picked up after being there for a week and he rudely asked if someone called me and said it wasn't ready, he'd call me back which he did not again. This kind of service makes me not want to return and I will take my car elsewhere. I will be calling GM corporate offices to also voice my concerns as well.

A few years ago I would have given a 5 star rating. We have been bringing our vehicles to Molle Chevrolet for servicing/repairs for over 15 years. While probably more expensive than other mechanics, all repairs were always done relatively quickly, we had excellent customer service and we always felt safe in that the cars were repaired properly. However, our latest experience has made us want to avoid this place at all costs in the future. We brought our Malibu in for a transmission issue. We were expecting and fully prepared for it to need to be replaced. So imagine our delight when, after three days of having the car, we were told that it wasn't a transmission issue but the PCM needed to be replaced. It was still $1000 but hey, cheaper than a new or refurbished transmission. Drove it home and had it for two days before the transmission started playing up again. Took it back into Molle a second time. They kept it for another couple of days and said that the solenoids had to be replaced. Another $1400 later and a few more days without use of our car we had hoped the issue was finally fixed. Upon driving the car home we noticed the steering wheel was completely crooked! It was perfectly fine before, as was the steering itself - before we had the solenoids replaced. The steering wheel was also covered in grease! We immediately drove it back to Molle where we spoke with a service advisor who was apologetic, said that it was unacceptable that they had messed up our car and while he wouldn't have anyone available to get to it until Monday, it would be fixed up on Monday, free of charge, as well as completely detailed inside for us. It is now 4pm on Monday and we have had no word from them, so called to talk that service advisor again. We were told he does not work on Mondays so asked to speak to the service manager (whom we had called on Friday and had to leave a voicemail as he'd already left for the day) and was told that he had left for the day already - without bothering to contact us about our concerns. Another service advisor, whom we have been dealing with throughout this whole epic drama, told us they weren't sure where we were in line for repairs. Being that we have been loyal customers at Molle Chevrolet for over 15 years and that it was the Molle service department who messed up the steering and left the car in a filthy condition, we had hoped that they would do their best to make it right and fix the car promptly on Monday and have it back to us today. This whole saga has gone on for weeks and is not just unacceptable, but disappointing and frustrating. We have been out the use of our car for weeks now, and have been stuck sharing one car between four drivers - particularly frustrating when someone needs to be in Kansas while someone else needs to be in college in Warrensburg at the same time! We are not sure when we will get our car back now, and whenever we do, we are worried, for the first time ever in using Molle Chevrolet, that it might not even be safe to drive.

Used car buyers beware: We had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from here in February of 2022. It was a lowe mileage vehicle that was supposed to be a one owner locally purchased and traded. We are now suspecting this was not this was not the case. 2 months after purschasing the vehicle we found out there was no air conditioning. We took the car back to the dealership. We were told that since we did not purchase the $6k warranty they we were on the hook for the $840 (and that was the manager's special for being a loyal customer). Fast forward to August and now the transmission has gone out. The vehicle is still under a total of $52,000 miles total at this point. They said they will make good on helping us out with the vehicle by buying it back or making a trade on a new car by offering us $14k less than what they sold it to us for in February. They even asked if I wanted to sell my truck to them too and we could just drive one vehicle one for a while if that helped us afford just one vehicle to make things easier. How does that make things easier for a family of 4 that farms. By selling both of our vehicles to them for a loss? If you need a family vehicle that is reliable and are looking for a dealership that understands these vehicles carry your family, look elsehwere. They do not care about your family or your family situation.

Molle Cheverolet in Blue Springs, MO employees Lying Sevice writers. My 2022 Camaro had a leaking tire and the service department said " there's nothing we can do about it. It's a run flat tire." I took it to a tire shop and they fixed it. El Jeffe Tire Shop in Independence, MO literally had me on the road in 17 minutes. So please ask yourself. Do I want to trust my vehicle with a group of people that does not have the knowledge to fix a flat tire? Absolutely, the most deplorable representation of Chevrolet values I have ever seen. Molle Chevrolet in Independence, MO. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They will not be there when you need them on a brand New car with less than 1000 miles on it. " there's nothing we can do about it. It's a run flat tire." Maybe look at other manufacturers if this is the new GM standard

So let me start off by saying that our initial purchase work them was fine, however, ever since then, it's been all bad. They claim they mailed the title to us, however, we've never received it...THAT WAS 5 MONTHS AGO! I've spoken to so many people promising to help and as of today, Dec 3rd, STILL they have no way of assisting us and we have a vehicle that can't be registered!! Do yourself a favor & find another dealership! If I get a ticket because of this, THEY'RE gonna pay for it, not us!

I brought my 2013 Chevy Malibu in for an oil change and they also had a special on Nitrogen for your tires. I took the deal that same night my right front tire had a blowout which made me loose control and hit a curb and blow out my left front tire and bind the rim. When i spoke to "Mike Bradley" he basically told me to fuck off that nitrogen can't blow out a tire. I have the tire for proof and should it to him and basically said he does not care. When i asked to speak to the owner he quoted to me the owner does not care and again basically to go fuck off. I have been bringing my car there for years and my family has bought cars there for years. I will never come back to this place such disrespect for there customers. Below is an article from the internet stating you can have a blow out with Nitrous. From the following source: There is nothing wrong with using nitrogen in passenger cars and trucks, but it does require commitment and extra cost. For your safety, always make sure that your tires are neither under-inflated nor overinflated. This could create excessive strain and heat build-up and lead to "catastrophic tire failure". Check your tire inflation pressure regularly to make sure they are inflated to the proper manufacturer recommended pressure level, either with air or, if you so choose, with nitrogen.

I've never been more disappointed in this dealership then I am this week. I went for a oil change in March, thought nothing better of it because these guys here are usually straight and honest. Not this time, what should have been an simple and quick oil change that my brother in law could do since I didn't have time to schedule an appointment nor wait 3 freaking hours in the lobby for my car to get done, has now turned into a $1,300 worth of damage that I've had to fix. Be very careful of the service out there, I won't ever be using or buying another car from this dealership ever again.

I took my car in for a transmission service. Flushing the fluids and refilling, simple right? No. The person who took my car out to test it when they were done, who looked no older than 22-23 years old, ran it into a snow pile and did damage. They told me they had to replace the bumper and it would get taken care of. When I had dropped the car off in the first place I had purchased some spark plugs and asked if they could put them in for me and they said they didn't have time. After they wrecked my car they told me they would put the spark plugs in for me while they were repairing the damage. Come to find out they had to replace the bumper, grill, condenser, and the radiator! Wtf! Everything got replaced and I got my car back 2 weeks later. When I went to pay for the original transmission service they conveniently forgot to mention that it was $85 to put in the spark plugs until I went to pick the car up and it had already been done. Only good thing to come of this is me putting 3k miles on the brand new car they lent me. Now I can hear the radiator pumping fluids while I drive. I hadn't even had my car for 2 weeks when this all happened either. Still had the damn temp tag. I will not be returning for ANYTHING unless of course the work they did is faulty and something else happens, which it probably will.

Deeply disappointed today at Molle Chevrolet in Blue Springs. Brought our 2014 Suburban here on the recommendation of family and have been unimpressed in three visits. Today was a standard oil change and tire rotation which went fine. Also had a daylight running lamp out so mentioned it could be replaced. It's a $5 part (GREAT!!!!), but they neglected to share with me that they were going to charge me $55 to replace it. Would have been good information to share. I would have done it myself. But bc they are about the bottom line and not their customers they kept that detail to themselves. Has always felt shady here and won't be going back. Have contemplated a new Silverado for over a year and bc of proximity and selection would have went here first but that won't be the case anymore. Congratulations Molle you just flushed $50,000 over your shady handling of $50. People with families and jobs and responsibilities want, no need, to feel taken care of by the people they choose for services. Today I feel anything but. And to top it off the gentlemen on the intercom decided to twist the pronunciation of my last name into something derogatory. Sound it out....you missed a couple of consonants.
