“Excellent with this one exception: The automatic check-in system (with no live assistance available) makes it impossible for older clients with limited computer skills to check in. I witnessed this on my last visit: an older couple tried, shook their heads and started to return to their seats, before I helped them. I would strongly suggest a bell to request assistance or at least a sign (in large print) explaining a procedure (technician will assist them when it is their turn), so that they will not lose their place in line.”
