When a came in. (Wed 5/8). The young lady at the desk never said one word, never smiled.I can in & sat in the red chair on the right.I am a watcher: she just contined to dot her face with a cover up stick. Her make up, already was on extra heavy. She had her hair in a blue clip.As I was sitting there a salon customer left put the door, and she smiled as she went out the door & said thank you. ( referring to her service ) as alot of lots say when they are leaving a business. This young girl did nothing, " she never Knowledged the customer. She keep on doing her make up, then watching something on her cell phone.▪︎Then my stylist came out to lobby area. Teresa is always bright star in the crazy world. She walked her elderly customer out. She greets her customers.▪︎Teresa is ☆20 Stars ? in this world, with her great care of her customers.But I am sorry, this young woman working the desk is clueless on what customer service is.▪︎I did see the young lady working the front desk, pulling the towels, and putting clean towels at the washing bowls But as she walked through she never smiled on her face. This disappointed me. I even advised my stylist Teresa of this young lady. I hope someone teaches this young lady what is expected with working with the public.

I get my lashes & hair done here by the owner, Kristi & she is AMAZING! I constantly am asked where I get them done & recommend her to everyone. Not to mention, affordable & adorable clothes in the boutique as well. I LOVE this boutique & salon! You will not be disappointed.

Parking is horrible! I have not shopped in the boutique but what I have observed seems to be quality apparel. I use the beauty shop services and I am beyond completely satisfied with the results. I have the best beautician ever!!!
