My prescriptions are never filled on time and it seems like the pharmacy is on the verge of being out of stock.I have come to pick up prescriptions several times now and each time I come after the projected window I’m given by the system. And each time I am told the prescription isn’t ready and will be in 15 minutes.Today (Saturday) I came to get a prescription for my dog that I phoned in Wednesday knowing there could be a delay getting the prescription; the answering service said it would be ready at 3 PM Friday. I was told there wasn’t enough to fill the prescription and I practically had to beg to get a partial refill—which would be “10 minutes”.Now I have to go in early tomorrow morning and hope they have the partial amount of a prescription I phoned in four (4) days ago!

Hy-Vee is my last choice of grocery stores to go to in Blue Springs/Grain Valley.Do they have a selection, yes.What I've found is, there is almost always some kind of an issue online ordering.Twice forgotten items-which was rectified.What I WILL NOT purchase from Hy-Vee ever again is the MEAT!!!3 times buying chicken from this store it was NOT EDIBLE!! the chicken had been fully cooked all 3 times but the texture was still crunchy-enough to turn anyones stomach! DISGUSTING, NEVER AGAIN!I contacted via the email this autobot asked me to and not a single word in response.Definitely not giving Hy-Vee another penny.

They do everything in their power to get as much money as they can from you, without regard for costumer service or loyalty. Totally unwilling to be flexible or accommodating to the customer, no matter how long you've been loyal to them. If you're looking to watch over your shoulder and be fleeced out of as much $ as possible, this racket pharmacy is for you! One star, because zero wasn't an option! ?

After taking my daughter to urgent care late in the evening (2 hours before all pharmacies closed) we found out she had an ear infection. Had the antibiotics prescription originally sent to CVS on south 7 only to find out when I got there that they didn’t have any in stock. They informed me that Hyvee had some so I raced over here and arrive with only 20 minutes left before closing. They said they did have some but would have to get the RX transferred which could take up to 24 hours. Long story short they were able to get in transferred and the RX filled with 5 minutes to spare. Shout out to Averi and the crew for going above and beyond so we could get my daughter started on her medication. I’ll be doing business with you all in the future. Thank you!!

I never really shopped et Hy-Vee too much. Probably because there were other stores around. If I needed something super specific, I would go to Sun Fresh when I lived North of the River. Lately, I've been catching the deals at Hy-Vee and have been really liking their products. They have freshly baked French baguettes which I used to make meatball subs with. The bread held up so well and the price was really good. I like that I can find things there that other stores should have but don't. That's always been a mystery to me is how does one store have this item but another store that's similar or claims to be "better" doesn't (Here's looking at you Wally). Their deals on meat are nice and I can always find what I'm looking for plus things I didn't know I was looking for. Lol I like that it's not far and I can get in and out even if I have a large list of items. Oh and the fuel perks seems nice. For some reason, I still haven't gotten any though I'm buying those items. Stop in and grab some stuff. Their pasta salad is delish.

I have nothing good to say. I've been trying to do business with this place for years, and became apparent that neither the pharmacy or the store want my family's business. I was told of a change in the law on one of my prescriptions. I did some research and yes there's a change, but it clearly was pertaining to over the counter sales NOT prescriptions. I spoke was Andy the hyvee store manager who said he would check into the problem and get back to me. And that being said, I've not heard a word . So I'm giving this place a 1 star, which is 1 star more than deserved. I'm taking my $600./$700. A month elsewhere.

Good place. But the employee hovering over you as you self check out is really annoying. I don't need someone looking over my shoulder .

Takes forever to get rx then they charge more than the insurance allows.The pickup line inside has 3 signs yet only use one, take down the extra signage.I'm going back to Price Chopper never had this issue and meds are usually ready same day. Price chopper communication is better!

hyvee takes employees money,hyvee is price gouching, now they don't take debit card for money orders,no one carries that much cash,ITS NOT SAFE,IM DONE WITH HYVEE

The store and employees are great. However, the online shopping experience is not good. I am ALWAYS missing items from my order. I call and nicely complain. Then I wait a few months and try again, thinking they will improve. Once again, they missed toilet paper, or all things! I am not going to give them another chance.

This location is pretty amazing! The staff here is top notch, always friendly, and helpful! I thought I would let everyone know about some convenient provisions there. The post office is open to 9pm, even on Sunday, not just to drop off, but actually for shipping. Of course sometimes you may need a beverage while on the go. Well they have a great selection of cold beverages. I am also impressed with the bakery. They make beautiful little desserts that would make a sweet surprise for your better half! Stop by the Blue Springs location, and look around.
