“Visit 9/24/2024 evening. Best service I’ve had at a Home Depot in a long time. Friendly associates throughout the store each said hello. We bought a toilet and the people who came to help load it on a cart opened the box to make sure nothing was broken before taking it to check out. They also suggested items I might need for the install that I hadn’t thought about. This location is farther distance from me than a different Home Depot and there’s a Lowe’s in between… as long as service remains this good, I’m spending a little more time driving but saving time in the store and eliminating having to make trips back. I also visited the paint department and found the same helpful service. Checkout was a breeze and someone loaded the toilet in my truck for me.”
“Overall great experiences here however yesterday an employee would not get out of his phone for anything at all. Another employee asked for his help to get my online order and he walked over head down in his phone and even came back head down in his phone. you get paid to work, you should do exactly that if your not on break. Beyond this I have nothing negative to say as the other employee was stellar!”
