Normally the ladies at the registers are quite rude but my son and I were in the other day spending some of his birthday money. He has special needs so I was showing him the whole process and teaching him as well went. She was very patient and very sweet. Even told my son he was doing a great job!
Quite a different experience when my son was with me!! Thanks for being kind to him.

Friendly people working there that always ask if they can help you find something. I love finding paints and discounted items for new art projects. Sometimes, the checkout takes a while because there's one or two people working the registers. But it's all good knowing I got a good deal.

Possibly the most unwelcoming hobby/craft store I've ever been to. Not sure what the manager lady's name was but she was the worst...... C U Next Tuesday if you know what I mean. Just go to Michael's, much nicer people there.
