“The guy who happens to be a manager, Harold Harbison, was awesome!!!! I’ve been looking at Bad Boy mowers for 2yrs. My wife and I went to get some chicks for my birthday and I noticed Feldmans sold Bad Boy. As I was looking Harold stopped and talked to me about them. He helped me pick ti right mower for my 5 acres. I went to several other places after that to look and not a single place was as helpful as Harold. A month later when I was ready to buy, Feldmans was getting my business. I’ve been in several times and every time everyone there has been awesome. I would totally recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for mowers, chain saws, or anything else to take care of your yard. And in my opinion, if you buy a Bad Boy you’re a step ahead of everyone else!!!!!”

“Visit 9/24/2024 evening. Best service I’ve had at a Home Depot in a long time. Friendly associates throughout the store each said hello. We bought a toilet and the people who came to help load it on a cart opened the box to make sure nothing was broken before taking it to check out. They also suggested items I might need for the install that I hadn’t thought about. This location is farther distance from me than a different Home Depot and there’s a Lowe’s in between… as long as service remains this good, I’m spending a little more time driving but saving time in the store and eliminating having to make trips back. I also visited the paint department and found the same helpful service. Checkout was a breeze and someone loaded the toilet in my truck for me.”

“Just want to give a shout out to Nicole B. She is why ACE Hardware is the helpful place. Two days in a row I needed something quick, as I had my 93 year old mother in the car with the motor running as it was extremely hot. She was at the register and welcomed me and remembered me from the day before. Again she took me right to where I needed to go and helped me get exactly what I needed. Normally I like to browse through the store and see what I can see, but the great thing about ACE is when you need to get in and out you don't have to waste time looking for help. Some helpful employee is always there to get it done. When I worked for ACE we had the 10 ft rule, no customer didn't get by an employee without being asked if they needed help.
