“The guy who happens to be a manager, Harold Harbison, was awesome!!!! I’ve been looking at Bad Boy mowers for 2yrs. My wife and I went to get some chicks for my birthday and I noticed Feldmans sold Bad Boy. As I was looking Harold stopped and talked to me about them. He helped me pick ti right mower for my 5 acres. I went to several other places after that to look and not a single place was as helpful as Harold. A month later when I was ready to buy, Feldmans was getting my business. I’ve been in several times and every time everyone there has been awesome. I would totally recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for mowers, chain saws, or anything else to take care of your yard. And in my opinion, if you buy a Bad Boy you’re a step ahead of everyone else!!!!!”

“Visit 9/24/2024 evening. Best service I’ve had at a Home Depot in a long time. Friendly associates throughout the store each said hello. We bought a toilet and the people who came to help load it on a cart opened the box to make sure nothing was broken before taking it to check out. They also suggested items I might need for the install that I hadn’t thought about. This location is farther distance from me than a different Home Depot and there’s a Lowe’s in between… as long as service remains this good, I’m spending a little more time driving but saving time in the store and eliminating having to make trips back. I also visited the paint department and found the same helpful service. Checkout was a breeze and someone loaded the toilet in my truck for me.”
“Overall great experiences here however yesterday an employee would not get out of his phone for anything at all. Another employee asked for his help to get my online order and he walked over head down in his phone and even came back head down in his phone. you get paid to work, you should do exactly that if your not on break. Beyond this I have nothing negative to say as the other employee was stellar!”

“I came in to get a key cut. Every person I encountered was helpful and professional. I had to come back because the first cut didn’t work in the door. No problem to have the keys recut. Sadly 1 of the 2 didn’t work with the 2nd cut either. I went back and got a refund, again no issue. So impressed.”
