My kids had an absolute blast. They didn't stop running or jumping for hours. It was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They needed more seating. Their staff found solutions and it ended up working out. The pizza was OK. My kids range 9 to 4 and they loved it.

This a fun place to spend time at with the kids. They have the jumping pillow, basketball Jumping house,triple level maze. Plus other fun blow ups. A great separate area for 3& under. The snack stand is pretty good too.

Had my son’s 6th birthday there today! Him and his friends had an absolute blast! When we got there his name was outside his room, decor was already up, they confirmed everything and let me know what time our pizzas would be ready! Lilly was our host and she was just DARLING! She had everything we needed and always checking on us! 100% will be back and asking for Lilly again as well! :)

Play space is fun and well maintained with a lot of variety for various ages of kid, but the security here is really lacking. The front door is easily accessible by all kids, with no gate or other measure in place to keep them inside. Additionally, there's no way of identifying what kids belong with which adults, so someone could theoretically leave with any kid who'd go with them. These measures are standard at other play spaces, and this is the first I've ever encountered with absolutely none, out of dozens of similar facilities.

10/10 this place is great my 2 year old son loves fun run. So much so we had his bday there the price isn't to bad we did a private party. I however feel it was so worth it, every kid that attended had a blast and my son had a great party. Highly recommend going to fun run for party events or just to have your kid go and run off some energy.

The bounce houses and jungle gym are great. The wooden play structures and 3 and under areas not so much. They are filled with play kitchens with no food or cookware and the interactive toys do not work leading to a frustrated child. Lastly, for a place focused on younger children, there are no child size bathrooms.

First time coming and super good experience . The staff was nice, equipment clean and I could tell they kept stuff clean and were actively cleaning during the day as well. Really nice to see clean bathrooms. Obviously some kids aren’t going to flush but overall it was really clean and that is nice to see as most places like this will have gross bathrooms. Only thing I would change is since we live so close we would love to come more frequently but with 3 kids the cost is over $40 for one visit. A yearly membership price would be nice and or a punch or loyalty card.

Love pretty much everything about this place! Not too expensive, even the concessions are reasonable. There are so many things to do in there. The kids always enjoy their time. I love how if you keep the receipt you can come back later that same day if you wanted. Can't wait to spend the day letting the kids exhaust themselves out!

Would give zero stars if could. Not much there for almost $17/child. Only up to 12 years old can play. Not enough cool air for kids, so many kids red faced and sweating and not evening running that much.

April is the lady who helped me. I have to say she is a diamond in the ruff as far as managers go. The pizza I ordered was still mildly cold in the middle. The person making the pizza, it was their first day. April said she was sorry, and the remade the pizza. It was great customer service. I wish I had 10 Employees just like her. Also, my kiddo got a small rug burn playing. April offered a bandaid. That made it so my kid was happy and kept playing. Great service. Good prices. Fun atmosphere! Thank you for a great place for my kid to play.

Pretty cool place to take your kids. Everything is new, they have food, it was fairly busy but there was plenty of room. They even have arcade games and several bounce houses.

The equipment is safe, fun and great entertainment, but small kids are not safe there. An older boy picked up my son and dropped him on the floor and when we reported it they gave us a ticket to come back later. They didn’t address the child at all. When there are enclosed areas parents can’t see or are allowed in, there needs to be a policy to keep children who are willfully harming toddlers from being allowed there.
