Waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to show up to help. They helped a person in front of me, then left to go to help at a register, after that they walked away.

Tell the fat as hell express driver to wait longer than 12 seconds for someone to get to their door. He delayed my package 12 seconds after he rang my bell then proceeded to walk through my yard messing up a couple patches of grass because he's a land whale. Had he waited 60 seconds or even 20 I would've been at the door ready to sign but I was putting shorts on and he must've been hungry. Everytime I deal with fedex it's always a lazy person that ruins it all and yet the customer service reps are very helpful and caring but these terrible drivers are making their job hard. I know have to drive 30 min to pick up my package from yalls facility then drive 30 min back all because of one fat man's lack of patience.
