Stayed at this hotel on a cross country trip with our dogs. We booked online and then called to confirm we had a room that allows dogs - the reservationist cheerfully told us dogs are welcome at all their properties.The hotel itself is immaculate, the staff are friendly and quick, and the rooms are spotless. When we visited the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas.We had dinner in the hotel bar where the bartender was one of the funniest, friendliest servers I've encountered. The food was delicious and well priced.If you're traveling with dogs there is plenty of green space outside the hotel to walk your dog. After a long day on the road you can easily take a long stroll along well maintained paths and lawns.Hey IHG, Hilton and Wyndham - send some executives to Drury to see how hotels are done right! From reservation to checkout, Drury is an exceptional hotel chain.

Great stay!!! Mike at the front desk was kind and helpful. And All the staff went above and beyond! We always enjoy our stays with Drury and this one was wonderful as well! Our whole family really enjoyed ourselves!

What a fresh breath of air this location is! Let me start by saying I was visiting from out of state and a hade a family of 5 with me. This location is super conveniently located right off Highway 70. Super conveniently located only minutes from dinning options, shopping malls, and entertainment venues!As for the actual hotel the check in desk staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to give us the schedule of all the complimentary food times as well as informing us off all the times for amenities. This location features a large indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, large hot tub, gym, a night lounge with bar and full menu, business room, plenty of parking and a nice dinning area separate from the lounge.The rooms were super clean, and very large! Our family of 5 fit comfortably without any issue. Ice machines were available on our floor and I saw they had a water bottle fountain which is nice to see.Overall my family and I had a great experience at this location, between the professional staff and the wonderful amenities this location will be one that I visit again and again.Rooms: Super clean, well kept, fresh sheets. Passed the toilet bowl inspection.Nearby activities: Sports venues and a large shopping mall minutes away.Walkability: Conveniently located next to shopping and dinning.Food & drinks: Full Menu with Full Bar and Lounge

What a great Drury Inn location! They never seem to disappoint. I was in the area and needed a place to stay for a few nights. This was the first Drury Inn with a full bar and kitchen with good hours but it's pretty pricy though they do deliver to your room!Kickback hour was solid. They had chill one night and it wasn't the best but the rest of their food and drinks were delicious. The breakfast portion wasn't too badTheir pantry had tons of great options as well. Tons of great stuff in the area / walking distance! Easy access to the streets and highway as wellRooms were very cozy! Very clean and well kept. I did have a friend in another room have their thermostat taped up for some reason. There's plenty of parking here too! I enjoyed my time here nonetheless.

We are really liking the hotel. Modern, clean and quiet. Our only issue was the lady at the counter with the colorful dread locks (Birm I think is her name) was short and did not make an effort to solve a simple issue. She left it for the next shift to worry about. She wasn’t welcoming and didn’t seem to care to do her job. Everything else is great though.

Very clean but besides the front desk not explaining to me where things were, I spent spared time roaming the hotel floors searching for the gym and pool when the entire time it was on the 1st floor.Other than that, it's a good hotel to stay. Not my 1st choice. However, it's company paid.The reason it's not my 1st choice is because of the extremely Basic gym. Video will explain. The pool area is from 9am-10pm. So, if you're like me & have 9am meetings & get up at 4am to workout and sit in your hot tub every morning before you begin your day. 9am pool opening won't do. However, pool area is nice (video attached).Gym area is 24-hours & you'll need your room key for pool & gym entry.I don't drink but you'll receive a drink pass per each adult staying per room which gives you 3 complimentary liquor drinks a night per each night or your stay from 5:30pm-7pm every night.Rooms are perfect. I'm never picky if it's clean & quiet.It's always the gym for me.Holding a conference? Nice event room sizes & services were Outstanding!Overall, great location, lots of places to eat at, Walmart & lots of mall like settings are an easy drive up the road.About 35-min drive to KC downtown area.Staff is friendly from front desk to the wonderful housekeepers! Had a great experience at this hotel. It was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Our room was immaculate! The location of the hotel was easy to find, and convenient for attending a show at Cable Dahmer Arena. It was a bit too far for us to walk due to weather, but on a nice day would have been a pleasant walk.Shoutout to the employee attending to the buffet on Saturday morning! She was so kind and helpful to the kids that were navigating the buffet (and unintentionally being a bit messy), she took it in stride and was so nice! The food was great, and all employees we interacted with were wonderful. Overall a great stay!One thing to note, I filled our ice bucket (lined with clean plastic bag provided) with ice and the next day the water from the melted ice had a lot of dirt in it, so the ice maker on the 6th floor was pretty dirty. I can’t hold that against the hotel because I am well aware that ice makers are often very dirty. We skipped out on ice for the rest of our stay.

This location was easy to get to and not in the way of major traffic.Service was excellent! Prompt attention even though we were checking in later than most.Our room was beautiful! So clean. Smelled fresh. Everything was super nice. Wish we would've had time to try the free breakfast but still 5 stars without it.

I highly recommend this place to stay, their services are focus on customers, and they also give a satisfying service they are the best 0f all the best, and they make our stay comfortable and luxurious. their amenities are very high standards, their rooms are very clean and good to sleep. this place makes my stay unforgettable if I rate this it will be. 100/10

Comfortable rooms, breakfast and light dinner at night, complimentary cocktails nightly and pool and hot tub were perfect.I'm a choice property follower, but I'll stay at one of these if the opportunity presents itself.

Absolutely love Drury Inn's but this is the best one I've ever stayed at. The free breakfast is nice but the three free bar drinks and free dinner is nicer. For this location the best thing is the late night bar and grill. Although the drinks were expensive, it is so convenient and super relaxing.Rooms: Very clean roomsSafety: Always feel safe at this location. Plenty of light in the parking lot and locked doors after 10pm.

First time staying at a Drury and love it. Bar had a great selection and staff were amazing. Will always stay at a Drury from here on out when traveling. Room was extremely clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed here two nights for the Taylor Swift concert. Easy to get to Arrowhead Stadium. Good restaurants/stores nearby/easy on and off I-70. The rooms were very clean and a nice size. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms even with it being sold out. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We unfortunately were not around for the free nightly dinner. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
