I have needed new tires for 3 vehicles and and car hauler within the last year. Everytime I have been to the store Kyle W and his team members are always prompt, professional and make me feel like a valued customer. I will never buy tires anywhere but Discount tire.

AJ and John were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a tire and they sent us away with better tires than we came in with. Great customer service and would definitely recommend!

Have been here two times over the past 5 years. Their prices are good including tires and service and the guys there seem to be pretty helpful.
Both times I've been though, my car has left with an issue it did not have before, or an existing issue was somehow made worse. The first time, two of my wheel studs were stripped. They had to be replaced. The second time, my car was running like crap after I got it back. Found out that an ignition coil had gone bad between when I dropped it off and picked it up. Also an exhaust leak I already had was somehow made worse.
I don't know how much, if any of this was caused by these guys (other than the stripped wheels studs). More than likely I'm just unlucky. Just odd that all of them have seemed to happen directly after getting service done here.

Young kid at the counter asked me what I needed. I said I wanted to drop off a trailer tire for repair and they could just call me when it was done. He said he needed me to wait "a couple of minutes" so he could get me checked in properly. 40 minutes later after watching him wait on several others, including people who came in after me, I loaded up my tire and left. I went down the street to Goodyear and a quick name, address and phone number was all they needed. I was probably there for about 3 minutes.

I really like this place. It never feels like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of and they do not question upholding the warranties with their tires. Could not recommend them enough.

My son previously bought tires from tire rack and had discount tire put his new tires on his car. So i decided to do the same. Jacob helped me when i arrived for my pre arranged appointment and set everything up for me. The service was superb! I will be sure to highly recommend discount tire and Jacob.

Outstanding job by the team. Nate was professional, polite, and gave fantastic customer service. I got to observe his dealings with other customers, and he consistently provides great customer service. This was my first time with Discount Tire. I will definitely go back to the location in Blue Springs, MO.

Disappointing service. Had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes to have a screw in a tire fixed, which shouldn't have taken but a few minutes. Previously purchased 2 sets of tires here. Taking my business elsewhere.
