This is specifically for the pharmacy and more specifically for Andy. Thank you soooo much for the help! You took the time to help understand my expensive meditation and situation I was in and provided me with options to where I was able to get my meditation!! Thank you for listening and being patient and for your advice!! I’ll continue to support CVS because of people like you, and I hope they realize how valuable you are!

Went to buy a gift card for Mother's Day. I missed the sign on self-checkout about no gift card sales, so that's my bad. What I don't like is the fact that the cashier (some lady in her 60s) yelled out for everyone to hear "SIR, DID YOU READ THE SIGN?" in an extremely rude tone.
Wonderful place this store is...

Switching back to a locally owned pharmacy.
Don't call this place. It is a complete waste of your time. For starters thier answering service makes it all but impossible to actually talk to someone, all it wants to do is send you a link to thier app (got seven links texted to me in total). Finally got the service to connect me to a real person amd sat on hold for 15 minutes, at which point it disconnected me. Decided to try the app. Made an account...and couldn't check on my prescription. Called back, went through robo voice purgatory again, was put back on hold. Made it 25 minutes before I disconnected.
You could have just gone there and checked, you say? Yes, yes I could have. But I have 3 young children, work an hour away, and this is 2024. There are many, many different forms of communication at our disposal, CVS has decided not to use any of them effectively.
Called my health care provider back had them send my prescription to a local pharmacy. They answered the phone by the way.

They helped me easily and quickly... older people have more customer service skills than young people... I am very grateful, thank you

Drop off urgent perscriptions off to be transferred on Wed. Call Saturday and they don't even have them entered in yet! 6 days later we go in to find out what's going on. They have trouble working with your insurance, so they defer you to a different pharmacy becaue they are too lazy to sort it out. Rediculous.

CVS on S 7Hwy has won my heart! I called to transfer 10 scripts for my family due to insurance changes. The pharmacist was amazing and listened to everything. I know it will take time to finalize these 90 day prescriptions, but the staff at CVS seemed knowledgeable and willing to help!

So I walked up to the checkout area with my hands full. There was a worker she was stocking shelves which is okay. But then she looked at me and didn't move, after I got started checking out my own items. She then decided to ask me if I needed to be checked out or if I would like to be checked out as she said it. Since I was already in motion of taking care of it myself I stuck with it. However the self checkout line didn't have any bags in it and again I was burdened with both my hands being full and then the process of using the self checkout was very annoying it didn't acknowledge the items that I moved over to the bags didn't acknowledge the button presses that I made. So I will say that it was a very terrible experience and I do appreciate the fact that every time I go into Walgreens I have a person ready and waiting to check me out. So with this I shall never shop at CVS again. Thanks for a terrible experience

Was supposed to have a dot physical appointment on Sunday, luckily the clerk called and gave me a heads up, stating that I'd have to schedule due to the fact no one on Sunday was dot certified, so I rescheduled for Monday, I specifically asked her if I show up early and check in can I be seen earlier...she said yes of course, so I did I showed up 3 hours early, and checked in,little did I know I would be skipped three times have to wait 2 hours be ignored, then be told I'd have wait even longer, what a joke, I was lied to and ignored I talked to manager and she had no answer. No one knows how to interact with with people anymore its all about computers.

I posted on Google a not-so-glowing review of the north CVS in Blue Springs, MO. Twice I received emails (from different people with the company) wanting me to either provide a good time for them to call me (there is no such thing--I am busy) or respond to their email so they could "discuss the issue" with me. I replied to both emails and both were returned as undeliverable because the address was invalid. Was I REALLY supposed to successfully contact them? They would have just given me some garbage about how they will "look into the situation." I have a better solution: I just won't shop at CVS anymore.CVS people:•don't ask me to reply to a non-existent email address•just fix the problem! Stock shelves, hire sufficient people (and pay them a living wage!), train and supervise staff adequately to deal with customers first and chat later•update your website to reflect what brands you actually carry and whether or not they are actually in stock

The representatives rarely answer the phone.. As well as shutting the drive through window minutes before close while having a line of cars that have waited close to 30 minutes. Wouldn't recommend if the prescription is very important.

Don't go to this urgent care. Was told over the phone no appointment needed I went up there and had to schedule an appointment. Then when I return for my appointment they said I didn't have one. Very frustrating when you're sick just trying to see if have strep. If I could give 0 stars I would. Three employees I talked to were no help at all.

Sat in the drive thru lane for over 10 min while they only helped one person. Finally decided to go in only to be told they are closing and going to lunch and I would have to come back at a later time. I get everyone needs a lunch…I explained that I have been in the drive thru waiting for over 10 min and he was very rude staying basically that he didn’t care. I asked if I could transfer my script to another place and was told no I couldn’t. I told him in the amount of time he spent arguing with me he could have grabbed my script and sold it to me. No follow up from this pharmacy. Why does the pharmacy have to close so that everyone can lunch together? That’s like closing Walmart so every employee can lunch at the same time. Very rude employees! Take your business elsewhere!

This is undoubtedly the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. I dropped off 3 prescriptions 4 hours before they close and was told they would not be ready that day. My fiancé came the next day at 7 IN THE EVENING and only two were ready. The main prescription I needed is “in process”.I’ve called multiple times to see when they think it might be ready, but no one ever answers. The staff working inside at the front are amazing. But will never send my scripts here again, going track to Walgreens across the street.
