Far from downtown and far from perfect. Broken glass on the balcony and given the wrong room at first and had to request the correct suite. They were confused about it because I booked online, and they didn't clean up the broken glass well. I left after one night and canceled the rest of my stay.

The hotel has a good location, rooms, and the clean day clerk is friendly.No complimentary breakfast, not even coffee. Beds very hard, night clerk unfriendly. It's not a good value.

This was the worst Marriott I have personally stayed in. Not due to service or hotel staff, they were fine. I was traveling with 2 other adults. We got a 2 queen room. Beds were not pillow top mattresses and extremely uncomfortable. Also not full length.When I am on the road I don’t care about much except a comfortable bed and something to eat. We paid 160 (tax and all) for a 2 queen room that in hindsight I would not have paid 80 for and there are no real food options either. You’ll have to leave and go get something. The place needs to upgrade their accommodations and get some new mattresses.

Rooms were very dated and needs a complete update. Were not told that the rooms would not be cleaned and restocked. We had to go and get new towels, soaps, and glasses at a late hour. We were told they do not clean and restock unless we stay for 3 nights. Pretty pricey rooms for that type of rooms were had. Was a good location for Blue Springs area.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. This hotel has very outdated rooms & they are not the cleanest. Rooms have the wallpaper coming off & in the bathrooms there is rust & mold around the door & tub. In our room the tub was damaged. We were there for two nights & when we returned to our room, housekeeping did not even open our door — we had to go find towels, soaps & glasses at a late night hour. We were told by by the front desk that housekeeping only cleans rooms when you stay for three days or more. Do yourself a favor & find somewhere else to stay. This hotel is not worth the money they charge for a room.Rooms: Dirty & very outdated. Not cleaned by housekeeping!

Overall a good stay & would stay here again. There is complimentary drip coffee you just have to ask the front/cafe people. It's not self-serve like many places. The breakfast is not complimentary but did look like they had yummy options.The room is clean & comfortable. They have a pool & hot tub. This location is also conveniently located next to a variety of shopping & restaurants.

Last minute hotel choice jumping off I-70. The place is clean and quiet. It's a good value. Wifi is super slow. The lady in the breakfast bistro is awesome, the chef is as well! Food quality 10/10.Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast!

Rooms are good, not too expensive. On our last day the fire alarm went off at 6 in the morningThere was no fire. The elevators make concerning noises and the amenities are what you can expect for a highway side hotelSafety: Elevators made squeaking and jerking notices when used. It was not an enjoyable experience.Walkability: You are probably not going to be walking very far but there are many things to do within close driving distance. Definitely make the drive downtown if you want to really experience the area

The desk clerk that checked us in was not friendly/rude she acted as if we were a real inconvenience to her night. She misinformed us about free Starbucks and was irritated when I went down to the front desk to ask for tissues because there was none in the room. The refrigerator door was open so it wasn't working. For the price I expected a really nice facility but the carpet was absolutely disgusting, couldn't even go barefoot in the room because the carpet was sticky/grungy.The pool had a film all around the edge at the top of the water and was discolored. The room looked nice and I did love the sofa in the room, but with so many choices I would not stay here again.

The swimming pool is incredibly small, they have no continental breakfast, and no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The only free coffee and tea is the little packets they put in your room. Regretting my hotel choice. The room however is clean, and the staff are polite.

It's a good hotel, very nice with great service. I travel a lot doing my job and there's not many hotels I feel I need to go back to but this is definitely one of them. The bistro inside it has a good menu and polite staff no complaints they definitely earned a repeat customer.

Not a bad stay. Only minor complaint is the bistro has no less than 3 signs up advertising Starbucks Cold Brew, but every morning when I ordered one they were "out."

Thank you only hiccup was that I was charged 3 different times for my room when I was using reward nights. Placed unnecessary hold on funds.

Stayed here for a wedding in Oak Grove. They kept the gift bags for the wedding guests for the bride and groom and handed them out to us when we checked in. Rooms were very clean seems new.

Rooms were great. Didn't like that they didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby. I don't use the room coffee machines. They do have Star Bucks, but they should have a complimentary good
