I came in here awhile back on a Friday afternoon, it happened to be her birthday.
I asked for wash and cut and she was very friendly and we talked the whole time.
I was telling her I wanted to do something fun with my hair for summer and she suggested I do highlights and so I had made an appointment for the next Friday to get it done. I show up the next Friday and she didn't know who I was and forgot about the appointment but eventually remembered and couldn't keep the appointment due to her grandson being sick and needing to take him to the hospital, I gave her my number AGAIN and I still have not heard from her
I know go to Salon Belissimo in Independence where they take great care of me. I've had 2 highlighting sessions now with them and I absolutely love it.
With it also being her birthday I did tip $20 on $45

I did the Brazilian blowout, with Jennifer, looks like she worked for herself, She seems very friendly, and I was so excited about my hair being silky and smooth, but when I washed my hair, it was still very puffy and still curly, I’m so disappointed with my results, I messaged her right away after washing my hair, but she said she did the right job and stop responding to my messages, I’m sick and tired of paying for people that they don’t know what they doing and now I ask for the refund and she’s ignoring me again, Do not recommend this place to nobody Do not use Groupon people because if you are good hairstylist, you don’t need the Groupon.

Jennifer went above and beyond to get my hair where I wanted it to be! I loved how much we had in common after getting to know her! Such a down to earth helpful lady! I'll definitely be back and I live out of town! Worth the drive!

She's was Fallin asleep while styling my hair!! I had to ask her a couple of times if she's okay, but she just couldn't stay awake iwas worried she'd burn my hair while straighting it, she ask same questions over and over it was weird experience

Jennifer has been my stylist for years! She is limiting the amount of people in the salon to ensure safety for all during the age we live in, while still providing a sense of normality. As always, she did a fantastic job on my hair!

I have been at Classic Touch Salon countless times in the last 20 years. Jennifer has cut my hair to perfection each time. I have recommended this salon to my friend who later became faithful and happy clients. Jennifer will do her best to give you an appointment to suit your needs and has sometimes even waited for me past closing time to get my hair done!! Give this place a try, you will love it!!It is close on Mondays.

I found a coupon on Groupon and decided to try the Classic Touch. Wow! It was a great decision. My hair is a 10. It looks fabulous! Jennifer put in highlights and lowlights. She had a beautiful range of colors, and I was able to choose the colors for the highlight and lowlight, too. She listen to everything that I told her about my hair. I let her know that I wanted my hair to grow , so she left the length on, as requested. That was a first. Any other place has always cut all of my hair off! I also wanted one side longer then the other, and one side feathered a bit more because I wear my hair off to the side. What a gorgeous haircut and the color is marvelous ! Thank you so much Classic Touch. I'll see you soon, Jennifer. If I could give her more than five stars, I would.
