This place is a true gem. The store is thoughtfully put together with new inventory daily. The staff is incredibly helpful. Paige in particular. She has a wealth of knowledge and always goes above and beyond with her customer service. Keep it up Paige! I highly recommend this location.

Like so many modern Thrift Stores we get excited about this one leaves us flat and disappointed. Granted it is large and well lit! It is spacious. It resembles a retail outlet rather that most of it's kind. However, their prices on a variety of items are even higher than their retail counter parts. And the death nail for me is their lack of attention to detail when it comes to simply placing the right sizes in their appropriate category. This is basic stuff but once things like this get over looked I head over to the goodwill store that tends to get it right.

The shelves are pretty chaotic and they are WAY under staffed. My mom and I went by and we had to wait over 5 minutes to even find an employee to check us out. The staff is friendly they just are very hard to find. Some of the prices are a little expensive but overall not bad.

I Would give this a negative star if possible!1. Store totally disorganized2. Overpriced, could almost buy new!3. Return policy is absolutely absurd!!I’ve donated lots to this place and it’s not like THEY buy items.. DONATED!!Had again my WORST experience after stating several times I would never go back or recommend!!! Red Racks will always get my business ❤️

Clean location with friendly staff and I do support the Mission, but their return policy should be disclosed before purchasing. They don’t offer a fitting room to verify clothes fit, and even with returning the same day all tags and receipt in hand, they will not refund your debit card. Only offer store credit. I’m not sure of anyone else who operates like this/has that kind of policy. For what it’s worth, I won’t be returning.

A lot of good stuff but totally disorganized. There was no rhyme or reason to the sizing. They also had some sale signs posted for kids clothes and so I picked up clothes according to those tags and when I got to the front, they said they were old signs, and they would not honor what they had advertised. Management Was pretty cold and rude

Good selection of just about everything. Only downside is I went there on a Friday and they said we had 7 days to return anything that didn't fit since they didn't have dressing rooms. So today (within my 7 days) I tried returning 2 pairs od pants that didn't fit. They said they don't accept returns they just do exchanges. So in order to get us to spend unnecessary money they said we could return when that is not the case. I have been swindled. Jokes on me I guess.

Store is nice but seems to be bursting at the seams with stuff they can’t get rid of because the prices are just ridiculous. While I was there today, I saw many Dollar tree items(some even broken) for $3 to $4 a piece. Also, shirts you can get at Walmart cheaper than you can get here. It’s so disappointing to see. Past few months I have been leaving with few to no items at all.

Expensive. Extremely worn jeans for over $10? Come on. No way am I paying that. They're used! Shouldn't be that expensive.

Thrifting is definitely a passion on mine. I plan on building up my inventory to attend ThriftCon and a few other major conventions next year. BUT you know what I love more than thrifting?.... KIND PEOPLE!!! Anytime I see Nancy and Sally working I know my shopping experience is going to be that much better just because of the jokes and banter. Walking not even 20 feet into the store I'll hear, "Hi Keith" from Nancy. Some prices could be improved BUT the customer service and friendliness is spot on. Advice to future customers, !!DO NOT!! come in 5 minutes before close... especially on Nancy's shift! City Thrift is great and I'll probably swing by today!

The priority, when running a register, should be moving the line. Not making small talk about every single item someone found. Less talking more working. Get it together. Some of us have other things to do.

Unfortunately this Store is overflowing with so much! The clothing racks are hard to look through because there jam packed that you can’t even look comfortably through the racks. The Prices are too high which is why they can’t move stuff fast enough. This could be a great place to shop but they need to lower their prices

It’s a thrift store but prices are EXTREMELY high, also heard they are raising prices over the summer !!! You’ll be better off shopping at your local Ross or TJmaxx store. Wont be shopping here again. Edit: HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

Nicest, well stocked 'second hand' sore I've been in. And a terrific cause!! Go City Union Mission.
